The cottage offered by Jocelyn had everything we needed in terms of both equipment and location. Not overlooked, the beach is a 3-minute walk away and a natural and wild environment. Jocelyn and his wife are particularly friendly, welcoming and charming hosts. We recommend it 100%.

We had a great time at Brice's house. The house is clean , well equipped in an ideal location, close to the sea and the city center. The bedding is excellent , and Brice is a very welcoming and available host. Banyuls is a nice discovery for us , it's nice to live and it's quiet in this season . We recommend .

Very nice house, clean, with many amenities available. Ideal location (beach within walking distance, supermarket and indoor pool a few minutes drive away) Eric was very welcoming. We had a pleasant stay.

Pierre's place was really great! We felt right at home. Pierre was also very helpful if anything came up. The pool was also amazing, always very clean. We can only recommend the place to all, this was the best place we've ever had until long.

We had a lovely stay on our return to Port Leucate. We enjoyed the sea view from the living room. This spring, the slightly cool north wind deprived us of meals on the terrace with magnificent views of the sea or the mountains. Waking up in the morning with a view of snow-capped Mount Canigou was a real treat. Listing is as described. Communication with our host is perfect. As we chose the plane as our means of transport, we appreciated the linen provided and the beds made on arrival. Thank you for the home that allowed us to have a great stay.

From the start, communication with the host was easy and we got almost immediate answers to all our questions. For check-in, we were able to communicate by text and give our arrival time 15 minutes, which is very nice. We were hosted very well. The place is really by the beach, just walk about a hundred meters. We went as a couple, but everything is also intended for a family with children. The bedding is new and everything seems to have been refurbished very recently. In short, in a few words: we recommend without a second thought!:-)
