Great location. Near the park, pharmacy, restaurants, wash clothes and grocery store. We were 10 people and we were very comfortable. I recommend and intend to return.

The house is great. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, and well-organized bedding. It has two dining tables, one in the living room and another in the gourmet area that served 14 people very well. The yard is very nice and perfectly accommodated the three cars we were in, with plenty of space left in the yard for the kids to play. Anyway, the house met our expectations very well. This was the second time we went to Beto Carreiro and most likely we won't be back due to the age of our children, but if we had plans to return to the park, we would certainly rent this house normally.

The stay was great, everything we needed was available in the apartment… the location is great, next to a gas station, pharmacy, bakery, market… we had a problem with the shower that burned, but soon after I contacted Fabio and he had already solved it while we were having fun in the park. If we return to Penha, we will definitely stay in the apartment again.

Practically next to Beto Carrero, quiet place, very cozy. Indian for sure. The host is very helpful and polite.

Apendo is well worth it,near Beto Carreiro we were on foot ,several shops nearby

We love the Ap, super organized and clean! The location very close to the walking Beto Carrero arrives in 5 min. The jacuzzi if you want to use has to warn them before they fill up. But the accommodation was wonderful. I recommend it!

My family and I were extremely satisfied and well accommodated. Spacious house, well equipped, full kitchen, had everything we needed. We were warmly welcomed by the family of Dona Nelsa Ana, they gave us great tips and during the whole time, the communication with her was very good. The location is perfect for those who want to go to the park and the surroundings, it has everything you need, market, pharmacy, restaurants and etc.

From the first call to the last one by Cynthia was spectacular, the AP was very clean, smelling and with the air-conditioned rooms, everything we needed for a comfortable stay we had at our disposal. Thanks Cynthia for all sympathy and hospitality!

The place was exactly as described, clean, organized and well equipped. Very close to Beto Carrero, you can walk there, less than 5 minutes. The parking space was a little tighter, but nothing that a few more maneuvers in the car couldn't solve. Edimara was very attentive and helpful, gave us several indications of places to eat

I loved the stay, the apartment is amazing, just like the pictures. My daughter loved the children's room The leisure structure is very good, pools morninhas. I would be staying in the apartment again and I will also refer the place to friends. I had very easy access to the host. Always responded quickly. Near the building there are restaurants, pharmacies. In the pool area there is a bar that makes drinks, snacks and snacks. They were always well understood and cordial. Great!!
