Wonderful experience! The apartment is extremely cozy and equipped, in addition to being located on the seafront and also having a side view of the sea. Throughout the stay we could hear the sound of the waves, which was a distinguishing characteristic compared to our other experiences. Gunnar is a great host, extremely attentive and proactive. From the beginning, he provided all the necessary information, gave tips on places and restaurants near the apartment and also made the check-in time more flexible, in addition to being readily available throughout our stay. We highly recommend it!

Fran's apto is precisely according to the announcement. Ample and airy, well decorated and with all the necessary items. The kitchen has glasses, cutlery, dishes and even glasses, as well as microwave, electric oven and kettle, refrigerator and cooktop, all in perfect working order. There is a comfortable dining table and a smaller one, on the balcony, for quick meals with beautiful 5th-floor sea view. Still in the balcony there is a barbecue with skewers and grills for use. The living room has excellent sofa and TV smart. The internet wifi is fast and stable. There is a laundromat with tank and machine. A suite with balcony, huge bed and TV. Another bedroom with two single beds, served by a common bathroom. Both air-conditioned bedrooms, impeccable bedding and bath towels. Showers are great and work perfectly. The condominium dispenses presentations. It would take several days to enjoy it all. Access to the Koch market makes it very easy. I had a great stay and recommend

We had a great experience in Piçarras! The apartment is excellent, very clean, well maintained and extremely spacious. We were three adults, accompanied by our two pets, and we were all very comfortable. The condominium is very well structured, with attentive and helpful staff. Our stay in Penha was sensational. We had a great experience in the apartment. Very quiet place, very familiar, super safe, clean and comfortable. For the apartment, I suggest only the acquisition of an airfryer, in the most is super complete. I took a few clothes and was able to wash everything in the apartment itself. The hostess always responded to us promptly, is very charismatic and helpful. We are super comfortable. One suggestion for Airbnb hosts is to assemble small "kitchen kits" and make it available for guests to purchase, like: 500 grams of sugar, 200 ml of oil, 100 grams of coffee. Small things for small meals because sometimes if we shop at the supermarket it will waste it later. Speaking of buying, it has everything close to the apartment. You can do several things on foot. the beach is a 10 minute walk and you can use uber for everything if you are without a car like us. Thank you, Cynthia!

Large house is a great location, as I went to Beto Cariro Park, very close, quiet place is close to a supermarket, restaurant is drugstores. Seu Beto received us super well and gave us all the instructions in the house. Would recommend and would come back again!!

We like hosting a lot, Paulo always request. The property is very close to the park, we walk about 7 minutes. Large variety of establishments in the area. And secure region. We will definitely come back more often.

We were 8 people staying, we had a good stay. Anderson, very helpful in the service, quick answers and clear information about check-in. The region seemed safe and quiet, with options for markets, restaurants… The nearest beach is very good, we loved it!!! Very quick access to Beto Carrero Park.

I loved the stay, the apartment is amazing, just like the pictures. My daughter loved the children's room The leisure structure is very good, pools morninhas. I would be staying in the apartment again and I will also refer the place to friends. I had very easy access to the host. Always responded quickly. Near the building there are restaurants, pharmacies. In the pool area there is a bar that makes drinks, snacks and snacks. They were always well understood and cordial. Great!!

Nice stay and a great cost-benefit. Extremely friendly and willing to meet any needs. The building is clean, organized and the pool is very cold but has not stopped the children from enjoying until the day is dark. The apto has amenities in addition to those announced because it is a fully furnished house with products for everyday use available at first until we settle in. Apto, furniture and bedding. The lack of screen in the windows generated insecurity for we have 3 children, but they had warned and even pushed the beds away from the wall. The TV was a feather not to be smart, nor to have Chrome Cast, it was missed and this information went unnoticed when booking. The beach is clean, with no nasty streetwalkers but has close options for all meals. For children to enjoy the sea safely, we went almost every day at Grant Beach, it is close but need to go by car. Calm Sea, with small but fine sandy strip. Estadia was great and we left happy.
