Vacation rentals with beach access in Penha

I loved spending these days in this wonderful AP, who is looking for a quiet place, a few steps from the beach and super close to Beto Carrero, this is the perfect place, without a doubt I would always come back.

We spent the Easter weekend in the apartment and everything was very good. Mr. Américo was very attentive to us. The apartment is very well located and this makes it much easier. The children loved it because of how easy it was to get to the beach.

Gerson was so nice and accommodating. We had a change in flight and he made sure we could get the key and get in even though it was later than anticipated. The apartment was clean and beautiful, and in the best location to access the beach. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this listing to anyone.

From the first call to the last one by Cynthia was spectacular, the AP was very clean, smelling and with the air-conditioned rooms, everything we needed for a comfortable stay we had at our disposal. Thanks Cynthia for all sympathy and hospitality!

The reception was amazing, the apartment delivered exactly what it promised, a great cost-benefit. Close to the beach. I stayed with my sister in a wheelchair and it had full accessibility, besides being large. Close to the beach, good location close to market, bakery, pharmacy. Apartamento had everything we needed. Super recommend it.

We really liked the stay and the apartment, we only stayed one night, but we wanted to stay longer. We had only one problem to enter the condominium because it seems that the security guards had not communicated with each other, but we called Solange and she answered right away and helped us. Clean, spacious and very beautiful apartment.

It was worth it , it was my first trip on Airbnb , I thought it was very cool , I arrived after the time so I went to pick up next at the house of Mrs. Ana, since then we had no contact with anyone else , only for whats , coming we pressed the control button and the door opens , we entered as if it were our house , they were always willing to help us and at the time of leaving we left the keys in a stipulated place and we left. It has beach chairs and sunshine , a table that you can carry all the chairs and the sunguard, cool swimming pool when we used it on Saturday afternoon only had our family there, barbecue with an Argentinian grill, with a hood, very well structured building, I took a walk on the beach at dawn and I had no problems to go in and out, with children and a little difficult to control the mess I apologize for any grain of sand that has been left behind , I have no words to thank the confidence. I hope I can return soon , thank you

The stay at Leonardo's apartment was wonderful. we spent incredible days,the apartment is extremely clean, wide, very well equipped and very organized. the very smelling beds, we feel at home. Everything perfect since the delivery of the keys. Leonardo received us with great sympathy and kindness. Not to count on the wonderful view of the whole beach. undoubtedly this was one of the best weekends we spent on the beach. we could not have chosen a better place to stay. we just have to thank Leonardo. We hope to be able to return again vezez.

Large house is a great location, as I went to Beto Cariro Park, very close, quiet place is close to a supermarket, restaurant is drugstores. Seu Beto received us super well and gave us all the instructions in the house. Would recommend and would come back again!!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

We were 8 people staying, we had a good stay. Anderson, very helpful in the service, quick answers and clear information about check-in. The region seemed safe and quiet, with options for markets, restaurants… The nearest beach is very good, we loved it!!! Very quick access to Beto Carrero Park.

the house was great for our family 2 adults and 2 children. The place is quiet and close to important points such as market, pharmacy and beach. Hosts are super attentive.

The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.
