Great house, very well located, close to good beaches, pharmacies and markets. Franciny and family are always polite, understanding and welcoming, they helped us a lot with my parents' dog, very grateful for that. I hope to return again.

We had an amazing weekend! We went in 15 people and everyone loved the house. It is exactly as in the pictures and descriptions. The house is very spacious and equipped. Adriane is an exceptional host! Always attentive and available, it was ready to assist us with any questions or needs.

My stay at the beach house was very good ! The house matches exactly what was advertised. I was pleased, as it was well equipped with all the necessary utensils, I didn't have to take almost anything! The kitchen had everything, all the air-conditioned rooms and the living room as well, and the outdoor area very comfortable, the location very close to the beach. The experience was good and smooth.

There were 14 of us, the house was very well organized, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds, we felt at home🤗. Very polite host and answered my questions quickly. We had an amazing 5 days🙏 We'll be back soon, for sure🌴🏝

The house is great, super close to the park and beach. It has all the kitchen utensils imaginable, bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, everything to make your stay easier, we loved the space, we were able to enjoy the heated pool a lot, we will definitely be back!!

Our stay was very good! The house is great, very spacious and comfortable. Bed linen, plenty of pillows and blankets available, bath towels. Kitchen integrated with the barbecue, a very pleasant atmosphere. Very quiet neighborhood. Market right next door, good dining options. We really liked Poá beach to go with our 4-year-old son. Marcelo responded promptly and was very flexible with our requests… and Mrs. Maria, who welcomed us, is very dear! We would definitely come back!

Rafael always responded proactively, the place is easily accessible and close to the beach and restaurants, as well as markets and other places for those who like to visit! Everything was in order and working perfectly, my boyfriend and I enjoyed the holiday and were well accommodated ☺️

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nelly, a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well-kept furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the internet in the house is great, comfortable living room, barbecue space, everything is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, I recommend it and I will certainly come back more times😍

i loved walking to the park beto careeiro beach and beautiful and tbm we were walkable place of pizzeria pizzeria pharmacy market I loved it and wonderful I super recommend the place and very quiet

The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.
