A very positive experience, nice, clean space, good beds and great bathroom/shower and that's all we want on a beach Arbnb. City Council has met my family's expectations well. We recommend it!

Wonderful experience! The apartment is extremely cozy and equipped, in addition to being located on the seafront and also having a side view of the sea. Throughout the stay we could hear the sound of the waves, which was a distinguishing characteristic compared to our other experiences. Gunnar is a great host, extremely attentive and proactive. From the beginning, he provided all the necessary information, gave tips on places and restaurants near the apartment and also made the check-in time more flexible, in addition to being readily available throughout our stay. We highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very close to the beach, just cross the street (the beach in front is not very quiet, strong sea). The apartment is well equipped, with all necessary utensils, even for those who have children. Mary, always very attentive and kind. For those who go to Beto Carreiro it is necessary to go by car, but it is close.

Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

I went on Carnival holiday The apartment is very beautiful, has everything you need for a comfortable stay we don't miss anything. It has all the utensils you may need. Air conditioning cooling very well helped a lot because it was very hot. Lava and drought was great for us. Chuveiro good in the 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable double bed. Rooms with Mantas, Towels and Hair Dryer. The beach is beautiful and the corner building makes a great shade to enjoy the evening without sunny guard, the beach at night is very busy with several places to eat to enjoy a lot. A Pâmela quickly responded to messages and always very kind We were in 2 couples with kids and we all love the place We were in 2 cars has 1 parking space but the other car we can leave parked almost in front of the building, being able to see through the window and the street is very quiet. The view from the AP room is beautiful. The AP was very quiet.

We had a great experience at this apartment! The property is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is a real club, with an incredible structure for leisure and rest. In addition, the location is excellent, making it easy to access everything we need during the stay. The house is the same as the photos presented. Large, very comfy and accessible. We stayed in 13 people, it was very nice the weekend. Large rooms, several available bathrooms and a barbecue pool that were the stars of the weekend. We had a situation with a heater pipe that burst, but immediately Adriana came to sort it out and it didn't get in the way of the weekend. Easy access to locate the house, close to the market and to the beach. Adriana was also very accessible at the time of check in and check out.

The house is very nice, well maintained and clean. I went with my family and we enjoyed it a lot! The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the street is super quiet. Check-in was quick and easy, and the outdoor area gives the place an extra charm. Jean was very attentive and answered all questions. We recommend it!

The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nelly, a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well-kept furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the internet in the house is great, comfortable living room, barbecue space, everything is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, I recommend it and I will certainly come back more times😍

We stay in a simply wonderful house! Impeccable in every detail — extremely clean, organized, full of charm and comfort. The structure was complete, with everything we needed and a little more. Best of all? Foot in the sand! We woke up to the sound of the sea and, in a few steps, we had our feet on the beach. A true paradise! The children had too much fun, could play freely in the sand, run, explore... It was a rest for the adults and pure joy for the little ones. The place is amazing, super quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy unforgettable days with the family. We want to go back now!

Everything's great. Super clean. Very good house, very well accommodated 3 families. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit two cars in the garage, but it was quiet to leave on the street. Next to Beto Carrero.

The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.
