The place is just like the photos, and it's very close to everything in Penha. You can walk to Beto Carrero and the beach. If you want to go to other beaches, it is very fast by car. Very quiet and safe. If you want to make breakfast it's good to take some things from home, but if you want to buy, there's a wholesaler next door and a bakery 5 minutes' walk. Take your linens, dryer, soap and towels for an even quieter stay. We would definitely return.

It has a great choice of markets , pharmacies , restaurants ,many options for snacks and shops . It is difficult to describe the view that this apartment has , simply stunning from the beach and the waterfront . How not to be moved by the sunset that this apartment contemplates. Vilcéia is an amazing, communicative and kind person who responds to you with accuracy and kindness.

We had a great stay! The apartment is only 15 minutes from the Beto Carrero, in a super convenient location, a few blocks from the beach and with a market and pharmacy very close by. This made our trip a lot easier! The hostess was extremely attentive, always responding quickly and very kindly. From the time of booking until the check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The apartment was spotless! When we arrived, the bathrooms were super smelling, and you could see that everything was prepared very carefully. The furnishings are new and very comfortable, which has made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, it was a great fit and we will definitely return at a next opportunity. My stay at the beach house was very good ! The house matches exactly what was advertised. I was pleased, as it was well equipped with all the necessary utensils, I didn't have to take almost anything! The kitchen had everything, all the air-conditioned rooms and the living room as well, and the outdoor area very comfortable, the location very close to the beach. The experience was good and smooth.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
