Gary’s place was absolutely beautiful! He was very accommodating and responsive. The backyard was very relaxing peaceful. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly and kind. We all loved it. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

The house was PERFECT for our graduation celebration with family and friends. All of the amenities were spot on - including the pool and hot tub, the size of the property with all of the trees, and the large kitchen, long island and spacious dining room. We were blessed with a beautiful orange sunset off the back of the deck which was the icing on the cake. I would definitely rent this house again.

Cannot express enough how amazing Afton is! The home was immaculate and beautiful! Will never consider staying anywhere else in Fredericksburg when we visit again!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The outside looks are deceiving. The inside blew me away. Lots of charming character. Clean and comfortable.

The home was very clean and looked exactly as pictured! Check in was easy and we had no issues at all during our stay. The driveway is incredibly steep and pretty uncomfortable to park on but aside from that everything was perfect.

Perfect location in Johnson city and only about 20 min to wineries in Fredericksburg. Clean house and pool and great communication throughout our stay if we had any questions arise. Definitely would stay again!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views then look no further. Has a great balcony that oversees the valley and positioned well enough to where you will have shade and enjoy the view as you’re having breakfast or eating dinner. The place was very clean and only 20 minutes to the nearest HEB. Gas grill for bbq or a full set kitchen. We enjoyed every moment and did not want to leave. Definitely would love to come back when the moon is not out to see all of the stars.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

We had a wonderful time at Chuck's place. As the patriarch of the family I was happy that all children and grandchildren were able to make the trip. We all came from different cities to celebrate my eldest son's 50th birthday and it a was very pleasant and comfortable setting. Thank you Chuck for making it possible. Billy Gaytan

Stay was nice and quiet. I was there for 3 days of infusions and my dr office. It was clean and quiet location. Only it was a little smaller than expected. But it was just us 2. Just needed a place to hang up clothes and mirror where you washed your hands. So that I could put my makeup on and see. Other than that no big complaints. Thank to them for the quick response on answering questions.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Very welcoming!! Had a great quick weekend stay! Even had fresh baked cookies for us on our arrival which is always a nice touch in my opinion!!

Had a great time here, the area was peaceful and the on-site parking was specially useful as a car is a must in Austin. Tobin is responsive and was able to fix any issues quickly, as well as giving useful recommendations.

Mike’s place was a gem! Comfortable with a full sized refrigerator (why do I always bring everything out of the frig at home, thinking I will eat it🧐). We loved it at Mike’s- outside there is a vast number of birds singing, deer walking up and down the trail by the door, we even saw a fox. At night, frogs chirping and fire flies ❤️. It was a nature lover ‘s dream. Mike was very helpful telling us all about the wildlife the first night. 👍 you will love it here!

What a beautiful place to wake up to each day! We stayed with our two young boys and they loved all of the wildlife. We had a blast taking the golf cart to the pool! We would definitely come stay again!

Loved it. This was my third time staying in this building and this was my favorite unit. I’ve stayed in there.

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

We had a great stay! The home and area are beautiful! Would stay again!

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Enjoyed my stay at Wendy’s place. The property matched the pictures and provided a good balcony view to catch the sunrise and sunset.

My wife and I picked this spot for our 26th anniversary and it was everything and more, a beautiful place. Alvin and Julie are proactive hosts and provided details on every step along the way. From driving to parking in the garage to accessing the house. We loved how peaceful the property was, even booked a couples massage on the property. One other thing to mention was the amount of deer we saw, from a few miles out to the property itself. Thanks so much for the hospitality Alvin and Julie, will see you soon in the near future.
