Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pedernales River

We enjoyed our 4 week stay at Gracies Place. We appreciated that the house was stocked with snacks and plenty of drinks. There were plenty of towels and cozy blankets. The house was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Anthony is a great host.

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

We had a wonderful stay here while we were having some warranty repairs on our home- Bera was very welcoming and helpful, quick to communicate, and the house was perfect for us: clean, well stocked and cozy! Bera went above and beyond and we truly appreciate everything she did! Highly recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Getaway! We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house in Marble Falls! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and right at home. The property is stunning—well-maintained, spacious, and perfectly located right on the water. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. We loved spending time on the deck, soaking in the peaceful surroundings and enjoying the lake. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this a comfortable and welcoming place for guests.

We had a great family weekend in Austin here! We loved the location, the quiet neighborhood and the clean home. It was amazing!

We had a great time at Karen’s place and she was a wonderful host. Close to downtown but also provided space for a nice quiet get away.

Ashley is an owner operator and cares about guests. The house was very clean, well equipped and functional. Ashley provides the extra level of service without the layer of corporate machinery and upcharge that is growing more typical.

We have stayed here multiple times as are go to place to stay everyone we come visit. Love the home and the hosts!!!

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

We were in Kerrville for our kids tennis tournament. This was a great place to stay. Close to downtown, comfortable accommodations, and very helpful host. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Mike’s place was a gem! Comfortable with a full sized refrigerator (why do I always bring everything out of the frig at home, thinking I will eat it🧐). We loved it at Mike’s- outside there is a vast number of birds singing, deer walking up and down the trail by the door, we even saw a fox. At night, frogs chirping and fire flies ❤️. It was a nature lover ‘s dream. Mike was very helpful telling us all about the wildlife the first night. 👍 you will love it here!

this was a great deal and will definitely stay again in the future. Very cute space.

The unit was spotless, very clean, with lots of new appliances. Fully stocked with the essentials and some extras. Really comfy and spacious bed. Washer and dryer was a plus. Easy to find. The only thing was the courtyard of the complex looked pretty old. Once inside, I was really pleased with the quality of the unit and the price. Mikhail set up everything nicely. Thanks.

Highly recommend! Super vintage & cute! Someone took the time to truly think of everything. It’s very comfortable here. The bathrooms are good mix of modern meets shabby chic. The kitchen is well stocked too. The beds are comfortable even the pullout! You won’t regret staying here!

Perfect location - it was a short drive to our concert. We loved being able to walk to the downtown area - great food options & enjoyed the nearby brewery. We also enjoyed simply sitting on the front porch - we talked for hours while sitting in those rocking chairs. We would definitely rent again.

I had an absolutely lovely time staying at Cata’s place! The grounds were beautiful, quiet, and so very peaceful. The pool was lovely (and deep!) with comfy loungers all around. Our room was extremely cozy, with the perfect little kitchen. My dog and I had a wonderful and peaceful time! I miss being there already!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Square Inn in Wimberley, TX! The location couldn’t be better—just a block off the city square, where you’ll find an amazing selection of restaurants, art galleries, unique shops, and even candy stores. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all that Wimberley has to offer. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the breakfast! Lloyd prepared an incredible spread, including crispy bacon, savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, biscuits with rich, flavorful gravy, and the best grits we’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to start the day. We wholeheartedly recommend Square Inn to anyone visiting Wimberley. The combination of a prime location, clean and cozy accommodations, and an unbeatable breakfast makes this a top-notch choice. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

This is my third time staying at Adis & Jose’s place as I was planning my cross country move to Austin and my daughter and I have loved our stays here. They’re both kind and accommodating hosts and I would absolute recommend their place to everyone!

The house and all rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Myra is friendly and a gracious host. We stayed 2 days and her breakfast was awesome: buttery scrambled eggs with toast and bacon. There was also fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice. She okays her plan for breakfast with you beforehand in case there is a dietary restriction. She took us on an UTV tour of the property to meet and greet the animals. She brought plenty of carrots for our group to feed the animals. It was fun for everyone. The paddleboats & hot tub were also great. Highly recommend Old 300 Barbecue and Texas Cannon Brewing Company for pizza. We hope to come back again!

We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave! The host was kind enough to provide some groceries for breakfast stocked in the fridge. The place was really well decorated to feel like an authentic Cowboy/cowgirl residence. I was impressed with the details! The bad was super comfy to sleep in as well. We enjoyed just walking around the property and saying hello to the longhorns too. The stars lit up the sky at night and was unbelievably beautiful!! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
