We had such a wonderful stay at this villa—truly a hidden gem! It had everything we needed and then some, making us feel right at home. Waking up to the breathtaking views of Lake Travis each morning was unforgettable. The villa was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. If you're in the area, I can't recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's place. It was very clean, conveniently close to things, and quiet. It looked just like the pictures. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great host, and lovely area! We had such a great stay! The house was better than expected and the host was so nice! A few notes! The hot tub is HOT! Uncover it a few hours before wanting to get in! Also, there’s no light by the hot tub so be careful! We fell getting in it no seeing the steps even with our phone lights! The bed frames stick out a bit so be carful with toes and legs! However, the beds we Cozy and comfy, the couch was perfect , the kitchen was so clean and had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were large!! Outside of the few mentioned items above it was a really great stay and will go back!!

I had a health crisis the first night of my stay. The hosts were very understanding when family members came down to help my husband with my grandkids ( which pushed us one person over the max allowed). I can say the condo is lovely and so cutely decorated. The pool is large and mostly shaded. My grandkids saw a lot of deer and birds around the well-kept property. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

Fredericksburg, TX is one of our frequent getaway destinations. We have had many experiences in various bed-and-breakfast in and around Fredericksburg. This is now one of two that we truly love. As a commercial pilot, I live in hotels and resorts, so I can say with experience that this one was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. We were so happy with our stay! The home was comfortable and the location and community was great! The host was so friendly and gave perfect instructions to make check-in and check-out a breeze. We visit the area often and would love to stay here again!

My daughters and I stayed in Roy's beautiful home for 11 nights while in town from Alabama for Math Camp. Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful. Roy is responsive, attentive, understanding and caring. His home is exactly as described and tastefully decorated with all the Texas charm! We arrived very late on the first night but when I woke up and pulled back the curtains in the living room, we were met with a family of deer. Just past the deer was the gorgeous view of Canyon Lake. Our hearts were full!! We prepared many meals in the kitchen. Every appliance I needed was there, which was a pleasant surprise because I'd forgotten to inquire about that before booking. There is PLENTY to do in the immediate area as well as surrounding towns/cities. If you'd prefer to just relax, that's more than possible as well. Simply sitting out enjoying the sun set with the animals approaching the patio for treats is perfectly peaceful!! The neighbors are all kind too!!!

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. She was kind too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few cafes/restaurants in walk distance. Thanks Lucy!

The apartment was beautiful and was in an amazing location. Lynn was a great host and was very responsive and informative.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

My sister and I visited Austin, and this place was great! Walking distance to downtown, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Check in was also super easy.

We loved this air bnb! Perfect for our 12 person girls trip. Felt very safe and private while still being in a good location. The host answered very quickly and was flexible with bag storage. Pool was awesome too and had few other people when we went.

The layout is very nice. And much more room than a hotel. Located on South Congress was perfect for us. We came to Austin to see James McMurtry Tuesday and Wednesday. Just a short walk to the club! Very nice place.

what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

I stayed here for my best friend’s wedding and I was the best man 🥵😫. Lots of duties and running around, etc. This place made the trip so much less stressful and at the end of each day I got to get out on my paddle board and fish the river. I would want to be back here every weekend if I could! Melissa was awesome, we messaged back and forth about restaurants and grocery stores and recommendations for getting things I may need for the wedding or whatnot. The living room and balcony were my peaceful spots to watch some shows and re-tie fishing lines and baits. Kitchen was perfect for storing drinks and food and I loved the shower. Thank you Melissa, you have no idea how easy and great you made this weekend!

This was a great place to stay in New Braunfels! Right along the river and walking distance to tube entrances. Also walking distance to town which had many resturants and shops. There was also security 24/7. Would stay here again!

Perfect location and amenities for myself and two teenagers! The condo was clean, comfortable and the location to the pool was ideal for us, literally 10 steps from the back door! Spent the early morning drinking coffee along the lake and watched the sunset in the very same place! Will definitely rent this condo again! The host, Cynthia, was responsive and helpful. Great weekend!
