The house was PERFECT for our graduation celebration with family and friends. All of the amenities were spot on - including the pool and hot tub, the size of the property with all of the trees, and the large kitchen, long island and spacious dining room. We were blessed with a beautiful orange sunset off the back of the deck which was the icing on the cake. I would definitely rent this house again.

This home is so charming. You feel at home. The beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. Being on the river is so peaceful and refreshing. Irises were in full bloom adding to the beautiful Springtime surroundings. The host has provided such a thoughtful and gracious accommodation.

We had an amazing trip! The house is so close to everything and decorated beautifully. We had the best sleep of our lives in the comfortable beds. We cannot wait to return!

This is the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in with our dogs. The place has several open grassy areas where they were able to really run and play at full speed. The house is perfect as well - I have never seen a host more thoughtful about every little detail, even leaving the cutest toys and treats for our fur babies. The house was so comfortable, clean, and thoughtful and Amanda was such a sweet host. The sunrises are stunning and the stars are beautiful. A perfect place to get away and just slow down. We hope to be able to visit again for longer.

Rooms with a View! Incredible views off the deck of this 2 bedroom house...in fact I wanted to just stay out there all the time! It was gorgeous! Very private home at the top of the hill country, with views as far as you could see. Simply breathtaking and relaxing!! The rooms were all exactly as described...and all were clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, and had fantastic stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It's a beautiful space that pulls the whole living room and kitchen into one, and with the patio and the view, it makes it seem even bigger!! We loved the deck...and I would definitely love to come back here. The instructions on how to enter thru the gate were very helpful and specific, and it made it easy to get in and enter the home. Close to Comfort, and not far at all into Fredericksburg. You will love this place if you go!!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and I absolutely love it! It's so peaceful to watch the sun go down over the treetops, and listen to the birds chirp in the morning. And this is only 1 hour outside of Austin, which makes it an easy weekend getaway.

This might be the cutest house ever, lots of room yet everyone had their privacy too. Back porch and yard were perfect for the evenings and the dogs had some space. Definitely will recommend to family and friends when they visit

We loved our stay at Kim's ranch! The house had so many daily necessities that all I needed to do was order my groceries. The kids were never bored and Otis was too cute. If we're ever back in the area, I know where we're staying. 😊

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Gorgeous location and plenty of extra amenities. Kathy is a very responsive host that gave great local recommendations and keeps her house well stocked with everything you might need. She is very thoughtful too, it was my daughter’s first birthday and when we arrived we were welcomed with a balloon and birthday candle that made the stay feel extra special. Beds are quite comfy and she was also able to provide a crib for my daughter. Beautiful views especially at sunset. Pool was clean and felt refreshing after our swims. Plenty of grilling options to choose from as well. We would definitely stay here again 👍

This was my second time staying at this amazing place, and it won’t be the last! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Hill Country, close to all the best shopping and fun spots like Wimberley. After a fun day out, coming back to this clean, fresh, and super cozy home was just what I needed. The host was also kind enough to offer a late checkout, which was such a nice bonus. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to my next stay!

We booked this place for the privacy and the unique bathrooms and were not disappointed! This place is super secluded with a private pool and spa that overlooks the dry blanco river bed. We hiked thru the ravine and saw deer, lizards and just about every species of migratory bird in the area. The painted buntings were literally singing to us from the trees above the pool, so that alone made the trip for us! We book for nature and privacy and this spot checked all our boxes and then some. Beautiful place with majestic oak trees. I love that they included the history of the home in a binder at the house. It was also a nice touch having the menus for local restaurants in the same binder.

We absolutely loved our stay. Didn’t get to see the stars because it was storming at night, but the place was amazing.

My family was in town for a nearby family reunion. Five adults and one grandchild. The house is about 2,500 sqft but felt much bigger! It slept all of us comfortably and was very clean. Giant sliding glass doors from the living room/kitchen area to the patio/pool area opened up the space and made it feel just massive. The kitchen was well equipped. We even found toys in the pool storage and that made our day because bringing the granddaughter wasn’t originally in the plans and we didn’t think to pack any water toys. Our host was amazing and so responsive. We had zero issues and can’t wait to come back.

The thing I liked most about this place is that you could go outside and not be ambushed by any noise pollution - no cars, no lawnmowers, no airplanes, no people. Just nature. Complete serenity.

This is an incredible place. Because we arrived late (after dark), we had some difficulty finding the exact location but Larry, the park host, was incredibly helpful and went all out to help us find the place and get settled in. The location is fantastic and a perfect place to chill and do nothing. There are activities (trails, biking, etc.) if you are interested. The park host was fantastic. I give this place my highest recommendation!

A perfect weekend getaway. Just the peaceful environment we were looking for. The space was clean, cozy, plenty of space. The 7.5 acres was so much fun for our 2 dogs to explore. Absolutely nothing negative to say! Thank you!

Red Sky Ranch was an absolute dream! We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. We also got to bring along our dog as the place is pet friendly and she loved roaming around the property and exploring with us. The house is gorgeous, the property is peaceful and private, and everything was in tip top shape. Jeff was readily available for any questions and provided us with some wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, look no further!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Samantha’s place. It’s a beautiful 29 acre property on the top of a hill with great views of the hill country. We spent time in the cowboy pool and walked the property. Very private, wonderful stay. Bring firewood and stop at HEB in Bulverde on the way for food for meals. Also, watch your shins on the bed frame if you get up in the night. We will be staying again for sure and can’t recommend it more. It’s great for a couples retreat, for a stay with kids, or a stay with friends. Stay here and you won’t regret it one bit.
