We have been going to Roxie Point for years, and we enjoy our stay thoroughly every time. We'll keep going back to spend some time in nature, enjoying the lake and generally relaxing. We look forward to the next time. :)

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I booked this Airbnb for an anniversary getaway. We loved that there was a private pond for kayaking, fishing and just relaxing by the water. What was also great was that the house was not too far from nearby restaurants and only a 30- to 40-minute drive to Galveston. We definitely want to come back!

Very nice place to chill and enjoy the peacefulness by the water. Charlene was super responsive to any questions and super quick with her reply. Place was immaculate in cleanliness as well as the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit as well as sitting out watching the boats go by out of the big lake. The Silo is the perfect, peaceful getaway! The host sent easy to follow directions and the house was pristine! It’s beautiful and better than the pictures can convey!

This is a great “get away” place. Private, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Our host, Laura, provided us with a list of things to do; and they were great recommendations. Is about 10-15 minutes (driving/uber) from downtown Fredericksburg; so you have the choice to go downtown during the day and have a peaceful evening at this place. It’s relaxing, and you’ll connect with nature. Every day we saw deers, rabbits, and wild life (of course, a little far away from the place). If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!!!! 💯 % recommended

We enjoyed Angie's place and would book it again if we revisited the area. It has a gorgeous view from inside and outside the house. The home is gated all around, so you get that extra secluded, cozy feeling. Ending the evening in the jacuzzi with the lake view is a sight you must see for yourself! I recently returned for my second stay at this fantastic Airbnb in San Antonio, and I couldn't be happier! Richie is incredibly welcoming and focused on ensuring my stay is perfect. The space itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated, blending comfort with style. I loved the cozy living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after exploring the city. This time we also used the pool which was extremely refreshing. Location-wise, it's perfect. Just a short drive to all the main attractions, yet located in a peaceful neighborhood. You are right on the Riverwalk so it’s super easy to walk to almost all key locations. Overall, my experience was just as great as the first time! I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for another memorable stay!

Very private, quaint and clean room with all the amenities as stated by the host Kendra, who was very responsive. When just a straightforward clean dwelling is needed, this is a GEM! Loved the bathroom space for getting ready. Another best kept secret hidden nearby was Mobberly trail and lake, then Scottie's 2.0 (gas station and Bistro) up the road. Good food and experience.

I've stayed here twice when I go on call and I always am able to relax and get a great nights sleep. The bed is SO comfortable. The shower is my FAVORITE part. The water pressure is amazing , it's clean and perfect with a ton of towels for your hair and body and they also go above and beyond and supply feminine products such as makeup removers. I will definitely be staying again!

by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob & Jing’s condo. The view is breathtaking! The place was very clean and had updated features. We loved relaxing on the balcony, watching the sunrise, and catching a few fish. There is a restaurant in walking distance so we never had to leave. It’s the perfect relaxing getaway! Can’t wait to plan our next visit!

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location had beautiful views. Place was inviting, clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Great place to enjoy the pool, golf, deer, spa, massage and lake activities. ❤️

Great hosts and place!

We had a great stay at Cheryl’s place. The condo was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one full day, but I commented on the fact that the place was very well equipped with plenty kitchen items and games and facilities to make a longer stay enjoyable. It also has a wonderful view of the gulf which made sitting outside on the balcony a favorite pastime!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!
