The house was PERFECT for our graduation celebration with family and friends. All of the amenities were spot on - including the pool and hot tub, the size of the property with all of the trees, and the large kitchen, long island and spacious dining room. We were blessed with a beautiful orange sunset off the back of the deck which was the icing on the cake. I would definitely rent this house again.

We stayed here one night, and if we were in a longer trip, we would have stayed more. It was my husband, myself, and our two teens and there was ample space for us. The farmhouse was so amazing- we had a blast in the pool, cooking dinner, and enjoying the views. After the sun went down we all watched a movie on the couch (so comfy). Very quiet and peaceful location.

The Firefly A-frame is cozy, well thought out, and the hosts are very communicative and responsive! We were here for the weekend and appreciated the small touches in the home – from local coffee beans and instructions for the french press or pour over, to a basket with treats, bowls, and a blanket for our pup! If you're looking to spend time in Granbury, this is a convenient spot.

Absolutely beautiful place, the view was beautiful, it was clean and organized. The drive there was calm and peaceful. You could see wildlife in the tree lines. The people were friendly, the local restaurants felt homey and relaxing. It was probably one of the best get-aways I’ve had from the busy city life.

A great place for a family stay. We loved the layout and style of the home. Everything you need for a home away from home holiday. Gun barrel city is a great town that is really close by. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Well thought out property

This was one of the nicest Air BNBs I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was lovely, and easy to set up. The bathroom and bathtub were exquisite as well. Private backyard to enjoy the outdoors. I loved that this place was off the beaten path, giving way to a quiet and peaceful stay. The hosts were proactive in communicating, leaving no room for confusion or additional questions. I’d highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful time at the magical forest. It was a good getaway from all the hustle and bustle. Everything was just as described. We lit a fire and enjoyed chatting out on the deck overlooking the water. I flipped the canoe the first day we were there and had everyone rolling. At the time I didn’t think it was so funny. The water was a bit cold at first! I enjoyed the feeding the fish and just the peace and quiet of it all. We walked the trails and swam in the pool. I noticed that there was wedding arbor which looked like a great spot for a country wedding. AC kept it nice and cool and the WiFi was very strong. Plenty of stuff to watch and steaming services to use when you want to relax and watch something. We loved the high ceilings and windows overlooking the water and the morning sun shining through. This is a great place to get away and Aimee was a great host. She was quick to respond the few times we had questions. Loved our trip to Magical Forest!

This place is so special. I recommend Medina River Cabins. Exceptional wildlife viewing, calm, peaceful deep river, feet from the cabin. Exceptional host

This was a perfect house for a girls’ week! This was our second stay and I feel certain if it’s available next summer we’ll come again! The great backyard and pool along with the roomy house provided all the entertainment and space we needed for hanging out together but also having alone time! Quiet and comfortable, with HEB and Spec’s close by, there’s everything you could need! Great restaurants nearby, super responsive hosts and helpful neighbors (for quick water filter changes) make this an awesome home away from home!!

Such a nice place. Extremely comfortable, superb location (Wimberley is so cute). Sally was a great host, very understanding when our situation changed (cancelled and rearranged flights). I don’t believe visits from local deer alway happen. Anyone visiting MUST go to the Blue Hole for a swim - soooo good.

the guest house was amazing. absolute luxury. beautiful and private hill country scenery. loved the pool, the fire pit, the kitchen. everything was pristine and clean and felt like the height of luxury. we didn't want to leave. would definitely come back in questions asked.

There is a reason that Mary has so many 5-star reviews! We came for my husband's birthday and this stay was everything we hoped for and more—a peaceful, private retreat nestled in nature that gave us the perfect chance to unwind together. The cabin was so cozy and the views were amazing. We loved sipping coffee on the porch, watching the deer, and stargazing at night in the hot tub. Mary thought of every detail, from the personal welcome, to the wine waiting for us for my husband's birthday. Communication was excellent, and we felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate escape far from the crowds, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Jay was an awesome hostess, keeping great communication from the time we booked until we left. He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. I would definitely recommend this home for your next getaway!Overall 10/10! Hope to come back soon!

I highly recommend staying here! The photos don't do the space and surroundings justice! Arielle is extremely responsive and gives clear instructions. Everything was perfect! I would definitely book again.

From the views in the house and off tge deck to the open main room, fully stocked kitchen we really enjoyed our stay. Great house for a family get together and so close to Wimberley. Joe was quick at responses and helpful. Our family will be back.

Nicole was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we first messaged. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Everything was high quality. We loved every minute of being there and relaxed as if we were at home. There was something for each member of the family and we made full use of the BBQ, deck, fishing, nature watching and the amazing hot tub. This is highly recommended to anyone and we sincerely hope to return and explore Granbury and local area more. We couldn't drag ourselves away for too long but the drive in movie was great fun..

The Rockwood was absolutely beautiful! The details in this home really took some time. We enjoyed our stay. 3 mins from Main Street but just far enough for peace and quiet.There is other homes on the property that look just as beautiful. We can’t wait to try those our next trip! 10/10 recommend for a romantic getaway.

This architectural masterpiece was like staying inside a piece of art. Perfection with a twist of modern design met us at every turn. We had planned to celebrate our anniversary with a quiet stay at the steel house while attending a graduation. Instead, the house celebrated us with its explosion of colorful stained glass, luxury features, and its breathtaking views of the canyon. This home wildly exceeded our expectations. It was wonderfully different than any place we’ve ever stayed! This place was perfect for a long weekend with family. The views and outdoor spaces were exceptional. The hosts were amazing! We had an issue with the coffee maker and they had a new one there within the hour! Our family had a blast fishing, swimming, and enjoying the paddle boats! There was plenty of space for our group of 10.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick get away. It was everything we wanted— quiet and peaceful but still close to town. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfy. The coffee pot was huge. It’s the little details that really set this place out from the rest.

It is exactly as described, we loved every second spent here. The house is absolutely gorgeous, it is filled with beautiful energy. We loved swimming and exploring the property.
