On the corner of 4th and Mary, in the corner of the historic Behrens Warehouse, "The Corner" loft is a vintage appointed 3 bedroom/ 2 bath industrial loft in the heart of the Silo District of downtown Waco. Leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up. Free on-site street parking at the building.

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

Come and enjoy a stay at an Airplane hanger that sits on a small private/public runway. A Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Apartment with full kitchen and living room. On the back deck you can enjoy the hot tub as you watch the planes land and take off. You can also Fly in and store your plane overnight for $25.00 fee. Private, Charming, Loft at Ranch di Serenita

Great for couples (2 adults only, no children under 18) or executives on business. The Loft is a lovely, private retreat above our detached garage located here at Ranch di Serenita. A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! You can count the stars on a clear night. Come enjoy it all for yourself!

Green Door Lofts, featured on Fixer Upper Urban Loft Challenge and referred to as "Funky Town" by Chip, is a 9-unit luxury loft complex in the heart of Waco's bustling Silo District. We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience.

Downtown Studio Apartment with Children's Loft

Newly constructed and intensely designed and decorated by Tony and his team. This is a unique but very practical and family friendly Apartment. The queen size gorgeous solid brass bed cuddles the queen size PURPLE mattress. Located on ground level next to the sitting area, kitchen, work desk area. The low clearance loft is great for children, having two single beds and sitting playing area in between. The kitchen is fully equipped and the brand new bathroom is heavenly.

1st Street Lofts: 2 Bedroom Loft #216

This upper-floor two-bedroom private loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. Enjoy two private bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a soaking tub and shower, one with a shower), a large living room, and an open full kitchen. Styled with Art Deco glamour, it’s a “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.
