Tex Mex, Italian, Mexican Parrila, Fine Dining, casual Dining, all within 15 minutes. Of course you are welcome to prepare your own food in the fully equipped full kitchen. A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby. Walk to the Light Rail and travel to the Theater District to take in a show. Walkable neighborhood, close to the light rail, and bike rental stations, with quick and easy access to all the highways.

The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!
