Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Pedernales River

Was a restful stay which was exactly what I was looking for! Leander is close to a lot of shopping areas and places to do. Appreciated how much space there was throughout the apartment and that there were cozy places to rest. Also appreciated having a balcony and a place to sit. Would definetly recommend staying at Kevin's place! Worth the price and laid back. Was great to also have access to the pool and the gym. Thank you Kevin!

The apartment was just as pictured in the pictures and clean. We enjoyed being able to drive over to Gruene - 2 minutes. The complex was quiet and new. We had no issues with our stay and communication with Gregory was super quick if I had any questions. We would stay again!

This property is in a gated community, very near many shops and restaurants and the Galleria complex. The directions were super accurate, and she went above and beyond sending pictures of each step to get in - quite helpful as we arrived at night. The property had everything as listed - more than enough to host guests, fully functional kitchen, Keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, great shower water pressure, great blackout shade in the bedroom, lots of mellow decorations . . . very well appointed. We did not encounter any problems, and Maleasa was proactive making sure we were settled in and was available if we had any questions. Checking out was very easy/stress free! We would definitely rent this apartment again!

Marissa was a fantastic host! The apartment was well stocked with the basics and even a few thoughtful touches. It is on the 3rd floor so be aware of the climb, especially if visiting while it’s hot outside. The pool and workout room were a nice perk. There is a very slight scent of old cigarette smoke that is in all apartment complexes if you’ve ever lived in one. These are just the most not-picky things as the stay was great and we’d absolutely stay again. Very accessible and pro tip: exit through the back gate to use the stop light rather than trying to cross the speeding traffic outside the main gate.

I loved staying here!! I’ll definitely be back. They were super helpful. The view of the pool was great and a great HEB in walking distance!! Alex also helped when my son forgot his phone is the apartment after check out time. Definite must stay!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa—truly a hidden gem! It had everything we needed and then some, making us feel right at home. Waking up to the breathtaking views of Lake Travis each morning was unforgettable. The villa was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. If you're in the area, I can't recommend it enough!

what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

We enjoyed our visit to the island. The lake was low but we were able to walk around the resort and enjoyed the views. Sunsets are amazing and the pools were very nice and relaxing. Great place to get away from the big city. Thanks Deserah for sharing your place.

We loved this air bnb! Perfect for our 12 person girls trip. Felt very safe and private while still being in a good location. The host answered very quickly and was flexible with bag storage. Pool was awesome too and had few other people when we went.

I can’t tell you enough about Sydney and this house! Sydney was the most responsive host I’ve ever met in a rental. She was so accommodating, responsive, and just super friendly. The house was absolutely beautiful. We came here to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday party, and the house was just perfect for that occasion. The game room was great! The bedrooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The master shower was awesome, with room for two, and was extremely clean. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our party. The pool was spacious, clean, and fun. The pool/spa controls were easy to understand and use. We had such a great time! If you’re looking to celebrate any occasion and need a great house to make it memorable, then this is the house for you!

Brian was such a great host - answered all our questions so quickly and was so accommodating to us! I stayed here with my wedding party and we had the best time. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough!!

I loved how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were, how detailed your instructions are, the towel warmers, all THE PLANTS 🥰, the coffee and tea fixings, the candles/ oils/ scents, all the tvs, the Nintendo game, the guest book, the deck, the layered decor, access to W/D, the books, great wifi, the deer everywhere, etc. Your place was the perfect retreat we desperately needed. It's obvious you put a lot of effort and care into your property. Very well done! We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this tree house type house. It also does have a tree house, but the surrounding and beautiful trees and elevation makes you feel like you are in the trees. This home is well taken care of and we had no issues. There is carpet in 3 bedrooms, but it didn’t bother us, but I know some might want to know that. Host was gracious to have coffee, creamer, and a full kitchen ready for anyone looking to cook a family style meal. The area is safe and a great neighborhood. We would love to stay here again for our next Austin visit. We were here for COTA event, and didn’t add much more time to our drive picking this neighborhood over downtown. Thank you!!!!!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors that waved to us whenever we were outdoors relaxing on the deck or in the pool. It’s a little off the beaten path so getting to some of the places we had planned for our short trip took longer than staying closer to downtown but it was also less chaotic and made for a relaxing trip. The host was very responsive and the house came with a lot of classic board and card games that my family enjoyed. Overall we loved our all too brief stay.

Mai was so easy to communicate with and extremely helpful in accommodating all of our needs including an extended checkout! We will definitely be returning in July! Thank you for all of your kindness & hospitality!

Extremely responsive host wanting to get all the things right for our stay. Her home felt inviting with a lot of extra throw blankets, even several pairs of chop sticks, insta pot (we made lots of rice), and the most special part for me was the outside garden area was very beautiful and just like the photos. The view from the living room was unobstructed and lighting was great in all the spaces. The air conditioning was cold! We had a great time being together in her space. I think you will too.

This house was perfect for a staycation. Tray was super responsive when I had questions. The yoga studio was a huge bonus for us. Will be looking to stay again in the future.
