Hemos tenido una muy buena estancia en el apartamento! Es muy espacioso, éramos 5 personas y en ningún momento notamos que estuviéramos apretados. Está muy bien equipado y limpio, y además cerca del palacio de congresos, ideal para eventos que se celebren allí. La comunicación en todo momento fue muy fácil. Muy recomendable!

Zeer ruim en sfeervol appartement, met een heerlijk groot bad dat snel en warm gevuld was. Het bed lag comfortabel en de voorzieningen waren top: een complete keuken met kookplaat, vaatwasser én zelfs een wasmachine. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf!

Lina María estuvo pendiente de nuestro llegada , con una comunicación instantanea. El apartamento es tal y cual se ve en la fotos , diría incluso que no hacen justicia a la terraza y las vistas que hay desde ella , una maravilla. Estuvimos alli 3 noches , mi mujer y yo con los niños. La zona tiene un parque genial justo delante , muy cerca del Bioparc , con muy bienas conexiones de bus y metro. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Muy recomendable.

We had a great stay in Valencia! The apartment is in an excellent location—easy to explore the city on foot. The small balcony was a lovely touch, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. We were warmly greeted by the manager, who gave us clear and helpful instructions. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

My son and I stayed at Juan’s place for three nights. It is in a good location in the old town, near to everything and the apartment is very well equipped. Lovely tall floor to ceiling heights. Easy check in and Juan was kind enough to let us pick our bags up later on after check out, which was hugely appreciated. The only slight downside was the noise from the bar opposite which was open until late on Friday and Saturday but that only affected one of the bedrooms (and, in any case, both have good double glazing in modern wooden windows and shutters). The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living/dining space so are perfect for groups who want a little privacy. We would definitely stay again!

Miguel è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta!!! Casa fantastica per cura nei dettagli e posizione. Perfetto per gruppo di amici e famiglie. Comodo anche l’ascensore per raggiungere l’appartamento.. il terrazzo con vista sulle torri de Serrans è un ulteriore valore aggiunto alla casa.

I highly recommend the apartment, it is located in the center, close to old town ,everything as described, clean, all appliances working, elevator avaiable. Carles is great, very helpful and always available, he replies to messages very quickly.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Edu's apartment to anyone seeking comfortable and well-situated accommodation. Thank you again for your hospitality, Edu!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable with a touch of class. It made us feel “at home”. Carolina came personally to greet us when we arrived and she gave us information about the surroundings of the apartment and which buses or subway lines go towards the touristic areas of the city. She even had some fruits and water for us in the fridge, making us feel welcome. There are bus stops and a subway station not far from the apartment and the city center is two subway stops away. Public transportation is not expensive in Valencia. Carolina is a wonderful host. She was friendly, very responsive and provided us with valuable advice and local tips. For example she recommended us good restaurants where the local people go. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, by helping us make a restaurant reservation and book a taxi for our departure. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful apartment.

The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

Maria’s apartment is ideally located within walking distance from the old town and the beautiful shops and terraces in the area. The apartment was spotless clean, very well equipped, with a wide variety of complimentary products thoughtfully displaced in the kitchen. The outside space was intimate and great to relax in the evening away from the city buzz. Maria was an incredible host, always friendly, responsive, and very accommodating with our requests. We can only thank her for the kind approach and we would certainly return.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen and Iris’s place. It’s centrally located yet very quiet. The flat is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and actually exceeded our expectations. The shower was one of the best we've ever experienced. It’s also very well equipped, including a washing machine. Just a note — don’t set your expectations too high for the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, plus a small supermarket conveniently located just across the street. Everything is within walking distance, and there’s also a Valenbisi station nearby for easy access to the beautiful beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

El alojamiento de Iryna es espectacular, coincide con todas las fotos y la descripción. fuimos 12 personas llenando la capacidad máxima del alojamiento y estuvimos súper cómodos. destacar las calidades, el Spa y Jacuzzi. zona de Sauna, es una virguería de alojamiento. íntimo al ser interior y con mucha luz. además nose dejo posponer el check out dos horas en la salida. alojamiento de 10.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Just back from a week at Juanjo’s apartment in the centre of Valencia. A great location for exploring the city and right amongst the restaurants and bars of the old town. Juanjo was very helpful and responsive from start to finish. Flexible around slightly earlier and later check in and out which was a big help. The flat itself was perfect… the balcony at the front was great for watching the world go by. Could be a bit noisy in morning and late at night as the restaurant below opened and closed up for the day but not a big problem and to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city. Overall a great apartment to explore the city from and Juanjo was a very helpful and responsive host… highly recommend.

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Lovely apartment with a spacious bathroom and shower. It is very quiet considering it is directly on the street. We asked for extra towels and they were provided. Dana was always available to answer our questions.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need to enjoy the space. Fantastic host. Responsive and helpful. The location is great and most attractions are within a half hour walking distance. We used Uber sometimes which was cheap and reliable. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hope to revisit one day. Thank you Alicia! Christina and Sharon

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
