I really enjoy staying in this cozy appartment. I liked quality furniture, tableware and everything there. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Terrace is so nice! Location is great, 20 min to historical centre, 9 min to the big supermarket Consum, 20 min to metro station. Tom and Nicole are really nice guys, very hospitable.

Everything is correct, as it appears in the ad. Very cool decoration. The house is more spacious than it looked. There is no elevator, but it was not a problem for us. Easy parking in the area.

The house is just as shown in the photos, very spacious and beautiful. Very easy access and Tatiana responds to messages very quickly. Definitely a good idea to stay at their house.

Jessica & Victor's accommodation is located in an area A stone's throw from the historic center, very quiet and peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is new, modern, and tastefully furnished. The immediate host is available. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Valencia.

We had a great stay in Valencia! Communication was quick and easy, and the hosts were very helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

My son and I stayed at Juan’s place for three nights. It is in a good location in the old town, near to everything and the apartment is very well equipped. Lovely tall floor to ceiling heights. Easy check in and Juan was kind enough to let us pick our bags up later on after check out, which was hugely appreciated. The only slight downside was the noise from the bar opposite which was open until late on Friday and Saturday but that only affected one of the bedrooms (and, in any case, both have good double glazing in modern wooden windows and shutters). The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living/dining space so are perfect for groups who want a little privacy. We would definitely stay again!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. Rafa is an amazing host. The apartment is so centrally located to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, grocery store, etc. The apartment is well appointment, extremely clean. We felt at home. Rafa is so responsive and informative. He was extremely helpful recommending restaurants, local attractions, etc. Rafa goes above and beyond for his guests. The most complementary thing I can say is that we stay again at his place, without hesitation. If you are looking for a place to stay in Russafa, this is the place!!

Great location right on the beach front and parking outside.

Maria’s apartment is ideally located within walking distance from the old town and the beautiful shops and terraces in the area. The apartment was spotless clean, very well equipped, with a wide variety of complimentary products thoughtfully displaced in the kitchen. The outside space was intimate and great to relax in the evening away from the city buzz. Maria was an incredible host, always friendly, responsive, and very accommodating with our requests. We can only thank her for the kind approach and we would certainly return.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen and Iris’s place. It’s centrally located yet very quiet. The flat is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and actually exceeded our expectations. The shower was one of the best we've ever experienced. It’s also very well equipped, including a washing machine. Just a note — don’t set your expectations too high for the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, plus a small supermarket conveniently located just across the street. Everything is within walking distance, and there’s also a Valenbisi station nearby for easy access to the beautiful beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Iryna's accommodation is spectacular, it matches all the photos and the description. We were 12 people filling the maximum capacity of the accommodation and we were super comfortable. I would highlight the quality, the Spa and Jacuzzi. The Sauna area is a gem of accommodation. Intimate as it is inside and with lots of light. In addition, I was able to postpone the check-out by two hours. A 10 for the accommodation.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Beautiful apartment with everything you need to enjoy the space. Fantastic host. Responsive and helpful. The location is great and most attractions are within a half hour walking distance. We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
