Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment. There's absolutely nothing missing. A warm welcome from Manuel, his Dad, who lives right next door. He was very generous and kind. We really enjoyed the exchange we had with him. We would have put in double the points if we could. If we come to the area again, we won't hesitate to come back.

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Carmen is a pleasant hostess. She is friendly and responded quickly to questions. The location is amazing. A few minutes' walk from a direct connection to the Metro, which departs from the airport. In the immediate vicinity, in the middle of the city with many sights and of course the delicious Spanish food. (tapas etc) Also various museums nearby which we reached on foot in just a few minutes walk. All in all a nice stay, in a good location with a friendly hostess.

Clean, easy to get to, good vibes, great location. Honestly would really recommend this place if you want a good central spot, neighbors are extremely noise sensitive though so keep that in mind.

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

We had a wonderful stay - Leticia was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Building is secure, quiet and clean. Right across the street from Mercado Colon and many shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again!

Lovely clean and airy flat with a great terrace. Everything as described and all functional, lots of kitchen utensils etc. Rubén checked us in and made us feel very welcome, explained everything in detail. Air con in main room, not in bedrooms which was okay but very warm through the night as weather was very warm. Location was good and handy as you could reach everywhere you needed easily on public transport. Immediate area flat is located in does not have many restaurants so we found ourselves always travelling to have dinner - bear this in mind if you want a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. However it was quiet and felt very safe. Thank you Roman, we were really comfortable for our few days in Valencia.

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. Thanks so much, Sergio, we had a lovely time. Muchas gracias, Sergio, lo pasamos genial.

I have just spent a week at Fani and Agustín’s place with my partner and 15 month old daughter. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Valencia with lots of very good restaurants a short walk away. The apartment is exactly as described/pictured and is a lovely space to stay in. It was clean, tidy and have everything we needed for our stay. Fani was very quick at responding and wanted to make sure the apartment and everything in it was perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

My wife and I live in Europe, but are from the US. We have stayed over 115 Airbnb's around the world. This Airbnb may be the best we have ever stayed at, as a couple. The design touches are incredibly nice. Inside every room from corner to corner, it is done with class and Spain appropriate decorations & styles, if you cook or entertain, you'll find she has everything. The bed and the bedding is high-quality. Very high-quality. the shower has high pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is absolutely, unequivocally unbeatable. it's quiet and has very nice wood double pane glass windows. If this place is available, treat yourself to something good and book it. You will never regret it. It is phenomenal. There are tons of good restaurants around it and all the tourist attractions. As far as the Host; Anna, is better than outstanding. She has a sense of humor. she understands people. She's proactive and incredibly responsive. She knows how to get things done and above all.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave, my son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

Emma was very friendly and responsive. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for everything.

Eva was the perfect host. She and Borja met us on arrival and were very friendly and hospitable. She replied to our messages instantly and was very helpful. The apartment was exactly as described, spacious with great facilities, pool, padel courts and 3 min walk from the beach, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Eva even helped me practice my spanish!
