Vacation rentals with a patio in Paterna

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. I had an amazing stay at Maria’s house in Valencia. The place was clean and beautiful, the host was great, responsive, and available. It was a pleasure to be there, and I’m looking forward to rent again one of Maria’s places.

Our stay in Artems appartment was fantastic! The appartment was clean, had airconditioning and had plenty of space. We were very happy with our host Artem, he is friendly and responds quickly! The location is nice, within walking distance of restaurants and the city center. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at Juan and Gionata's! The apartment was impeccable when we arrived, very clean and well-equipped. Everything is within walking distance, which is super convenient to fully enjoy the stay. Beautiful, small cottage, quiet location, restaurants and beach close by, nice beach walk to the harbor, very good connection by public transport to the center, great communication with the landlady, sparkling clean kitchen, nice bathroom, everything fits! We felt very comfortable, absolutely recommended.

A stay of 10! The house was spotless - everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the living-dining room and kitchen super well-equipped, and the bathroom is super clean. The terrace is also very cool, although we didn't get to use it. But what really made the difference was Antonio's details. Upon arrival, we find ourselves with water, coffee, chocolate, milk… a little detail! And the most beautiful thing: they had prepared a special little corner for my baby who touched our hearts. Also, although in the listing they did not appear a high chair or bathtub, I asked and in a blink of an eye we already had them. That kind of attention and affection is what makes Antonio a super host. 100% recommendable. Thank you for everything, Antonio!

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Our stay was fantastic, as always. It's not the first time we've stayed here and it continues to meet all our expectations. The check-in was simple thanks to the clear and precise instructions. The place was spotless and perfectly matched the photos. Communication with Rory was excellent: always attentive and responding quickly to any questions. Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

Great location! We’re big walkers, so no problem walking 45 minutes to the aquarium, and 15 minutes to the beach. Washer and dryer were super helpful to have while traveling with our toddler. The place was as described, and they offered a very friendly, in person welcome! Would recommend!

The apartment is spacious and well located. Host responds quickly to messages. The neighborhood is full of beautiful, colorful buildings. It's easy to get from the airport. Close to the beach. Recommended.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

Great place in walkable distance from nice restaurants and city of arts. Supermarket and pharmacy are available across the street. The apartment is well connected to all places of interest via public transport (bus stop is around the corner). Inside, the place is very clean and stylish with everything needed for a short-term stay.

Me and my family had a great time on Frank's place, in Valencia. He was very kind and the place is excellent!
