Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Paraty

Maria Alice was very kind, always responding with agility. The house was very smelling, clean, easily accessible, has several very useful kitchen utensils, we found the location very good, close to bakery, supermarket, police. I loved the stay. Super recommend it!

Maria Rita is extremely attentive since before you hire the accommodation! And the house is extremely cozy, neat, clean and all new. Bed and towels are new and of good quality! Good point is easy to move to the center and beaches! Great option to spend a few days with the family!

The trip exceeded all of our expectations. The house is very nice, comfortable, cozy. Exactly as in the pictures. We went for a family outing and everything was impeccable. Cleanliness, organization and everything wonderful. The house has everything you need for a large group of people. There were 20 of us and we were very well accommodated and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are wonderful, all with bathrooms and air-conditioning. The outdoor environment is great, very spacious, with a barbecue and swimming pool, a great environment for children too. And the view is so beautiful. Bianca is always very attentive, responds very quickly, provided all the information and the locations of the shops, beaches, helped us with everything. The stay was perfect, everything was very positive, as agreed. I recommend it to everyone looking for a stay in a quiet, comfortable, beautiful and cozy place.

Great place to escape and relax, great help around the house and the beach is awesome

The house is very well located, organized and excellent for spending a few days with friends or family. Wanice was always available to answer questions and solve any problems with great courtesy. Only the check-out is a little early (10 a.m.) and it is tight for us to leave, especially with a child and a rainy day when we need to get in and out with a car. Either way, I highly recommend it and would come back more often.

We had 4 days of great comfort, including in relation to the climate, as the property has air-conditioning in perfect order and is quiet. Bathrooms of the two en-suites and powder room in perfect condition. Everything was very clean and super useful household utensils and great operation. Because it is a gated community, it is super safe. I recommend it with great tranquility. Very helpful hostess.

Very nice and cozy place, as well as the hosts. Local plan recommendations, with maps. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to enjoy what the house offered but taking care of the details: being able to park the car inside, flexibility for arrival. As the only detail to keep in mind, you hear a lot from the house upstairs, but in no case a hassle. Completely recommended!

Our accommodation was wonderful. The house is charming and you can see that everything was thought out in the smallest details so that everything is perfect. The kitchen is super well equipped, where nothing is missing and it even has excellent pots (the best we've ever seen in an Airbnb). I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, because it really is worth it. I would also like to praise Denise for her receptivity and support. Anyway… everything was sensational.

I and my family loved the stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very beautiful, by the way. Everything was clean and organized. The location is good, you can walk quietly to the beach. In addition, Lara's service was the differential. Always kind and ready to help us. We intend to return!

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we took the opportunity to visit both places. Despite the rain, we enjoyed it a lot, we'll be back soon!

Great stay, it has a shadowy dog yard. The condo is very nice. I recommend it .

The house is beautiful, and Angra is an amazing place! It is very comfortable to go in a group, as it allows you to be in a group, but, in turn, have some privacy. The property has 2 2 houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a nice quincho. The last house has a upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a living room, kitchen, toilette and gallery downstairs. Those 4 houses are complemented by a building that has a wide gallery and the main kitchen. Every room has a spectacular view! The only thing to note is that to access all the houses there are stone stairs, some quite long. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. The house is from an architect who spends a lot of time there. This is noticeable in every detail of the decor, furnishings, lighting, and design. The house does not have a pool or electric generator, which in Angra can be useful. Jhonny, Carla and Claudia are very kind and helpful.

Osvaldo showed an unparalleled concern with our arrival and well-being during the stay. The house is beautiful, with spacious spaces to accommodate a large group and in the middle of nature. Super helpful and educated caseiros led us on horseback riding and hiking on the property. Super indicative for those who want to enjoy nature without giving up on comfort and facilities.

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, very well maintained, with very comfortable beds and pillows, airy environments and a great outdoor area. Super complete kitchen! The pool is delicious, perfect for group relaxation. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was excellent for what we needed. The hosts were extremely attentive, helpful and welcoming from the first contact. I highly recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back if we have the opportunity. Thank you for everything!

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! More foot in the sand than that would be impossible. Quality towels and linens, pressurized showers, everything extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local handyman) and Kellen welcomed us very warmly, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos's soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also leave a special thanks to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to come back!! I highly recommend it, but be prepared to raise the bar of the airBnbs you frequent haha

just Idyllic! We were a family of 6 and stayed for a few days over easter. There are different and lovely areas laid out with tables or loungers to enjoy different views. We paid extra for a cook Val which I highly recommend. To make lunches and leave dinner prepared. She makes a great Moqueca for example which we heated for the evening and sweetly made a cake for my daughter's birthday. Felipe the manager was extremely kind helping us with cooking and anything we needed when Val went home at 5pm. He's also very interesting and worldly which I only found out on the last day and could talked to him of much longer. Good quality face snorkels were left for our use which makes all the difference and we swam with a friendly turtle in the bay. Kayaks for out use too. Netflix etc. No one else around so total privacy. Rename was better priced for boat tours than the locals so I recommend just booking him to do a day tour around the islands. Francesca was just as sweet as can be!

I have rented hosting on Airbnb for a while and can say that I finally found the perfect house in all its fields: location, comfort, beauty, cleanliness, communication and services. Romulus was extremely attentive, approachable, and flexible from the very first moment. He gave us must-see tips from a pizzaiolo who came to us for a night of wood-fired pizzas and his reliable contact for a speedboat ride through Ilha Grande. Both exceptional indications!!!! Edilene was a full handed cook, with delicious snacks chosen by us through a varied menu of giving water on the good, including desserts. She made our shopping list, the market order and received delivery, already organizing everything. Her husband Evandro was also super helpful and available. He also makes a wonderful caipirinha! Not least, the friendly Vânia, who left the house impeccable in tidying up and cleaning, leaving all rooms in the house clean and smelling every day. She was still helping out in the kitchen. With all this support and comfort, we simply had to enjoy the private beach of clean and calm waters, the hammocks, the garden with coconut trees, the deck and the relaxing look. The children enjoyed the sea with the kayaks and floating rugs. The. Ping pong table was also a success. The house, in addition to being decorated with tasteful furniture and objects, has the special touch of PASSIONATE paintings by the owner herself and scattered around every corner. Detail that lives up to the name of the house a real charm! In addition, the house is wide and all linear, with the exception of access to the beach (sea level) and the main gate where the cars are parked (more flights of stairs). This was of unparalleled convenience, especially for my 80-year-old parents and limited mobility (cane and walker). Another amazing thing about the house was that at any point it was possible to have the vision of the other places, very important to watch the children and have more peace of mind. Beds are very comfortable. White linen and bath linen,  changed daily. Just the en-suite bathrooms that we found a little cramped, but no big deal! There were 13 of us in total, all in the same family and we were very well settled in the 4 suites. Ah! The gourmet area with a wood-fired oven and barbecue is a charm apart, a cozy beach front. However, my favorite corner was the hanging hammock on the deck over the sea, where I made my beautiful sunset photos, enjoying my moments by myself. We will certainly be back soon, as soon as some availability of the house is vacant. It has to be lucky! Thank you to everyone involved for the unforgettable holiday!!!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!
