The place is exactly as in the photos: very well cared for, clean, comfortable and with a wonderful sea view. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants, markets and sights. Communication with the host was great from the start, always very attentive and available to help with what was needed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for rest days with comfort and practicality. I will definitely return!

Aldo was an excellent host, always very proactive, kind and quick to answer any questions. Aldo's little corner is extremely comfortable and tasteful. It has everything you need to feel at home. From the complete kitchen items, to the impeccable cleanliness and going to the care in the decoration. It is possible to notice all the host's concern in providing excellent accommodation to his guests. The Porto Bali condominium is a lot of fun and is capable of providing good family moments. We hope to be back soon and spend more time in this special place.

Well assembled apartment, easy access to the big beach and downtown, just the parking space in the garage that only has one and we were in 8 people, then we had to rent another place.

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! Although we were unlucky to get a lot of rain in the city, what comforted us was that we felt welcomed and very comfortable inside the apartment, which had all the items described, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen. Although we had a little setback with the shower water on our first day, our stay was impeccable. Rosa and Tine, our host dog, made us feel at home. Rosa was extremely proactive in meeting all our needs quickly, pampered us with a delicious caipirinha (including the best I've ever had in my life), we talked about life by the pool and she was concerned about the cleanliness of the environment. The beauty of the garden and the house is charming… We left wanting to stay, it was worth every penny spent and every minute of our days, both for the stay and for the city of Paraty, what a wonderful place. Gratitude for those days that will be unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back and recommending it!

Impeccable house! Very tasteful decoration, accommodates 8 people in the various living environments. The pool is fantastic with a beautiful view. The air-conditioning in all rooms works impeccably, which for Paraty is essential. Luca was extremely helpful in the conversations, gave several tips, but we did not take advantage of them because we already knew the region and because of the brief stay we had. Clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. I missed having a water filter in the house, but I confess I didn't try hard enough to find it. I ended up buying gallon water and it met the need. It's definitely worth the stay! I intend to rent this property again.
