Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Casa da Majô (200 meters from the beach)

Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. In the neighborhood, there is a bakery and small markets. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your feet in the sand.

The house is a mezzanine and is located on the famous street of the river, a pleasant 5 minute walk to the Historical Cente. Situated in a quiet village of chalets in the early Cabore district, between two hotels: Pousada da Condessa and Provence, the street has a bike path and is close to restaurants, nightlife, 500m from the beach of Pontal and 1km from the beach Jabaquara.
