Vacation rentals with beach access in Paraty

We have no words to say how pleasant this experience was! We felt at home, comfortable suite, clean, organized, with everything we needed, Rodrigo and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful outdoor area and the waterfall at the bottom of the property gives it a special touch. I recommend it especially for those with pets.

Great house, super polite host and straight to the point. All perfect. Only point to be aware is that the street on which the house is located is not paved, with this ending with clay at the exit of the house to the promenade of the waterfront. The rest, nora 1000.

I stayed at Márcia's place in Paraty and it was a great experience! The place is very welcoming, well cared for and has that atmosphere of peace that perfectly suits the city. The location is great, close to everything we need to enjoy Paraty well, and Márcia was super attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Excellent space, amazing accommodation, we settled in very well, they were very good days. The only problem is the location, the neighborhood has precarious houses, and this may cause discomfort in some ways. Apart from that, the space is very comfortable, the pool is always clean and heated, we had wonderful days!

"Our experience in Paraty was great! We were very well received by the host, Cristiano. The house was spotlessly clean and, upon arrival, we were surprised with a neat welcome basket, filled with bread, cold cuts, juice, water, fruit and a donut. The kitchen was super equipped, with everything we needed to cook, and we didn't miss anything at all during our stay. Communication with Cristiano was excellent; he always responded quickly and was very helpful with directions to restaurants, transportation and other local tips. The location of the house is very good, 5 min walk to Jabaquara beach, restaurants and market and the historic center is about 7 min by car. A big difference for us was the pool and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come back more often.

It was a wonderful stay. The service was fast, close to the historic center and in the neighborhood there is a market and restaurants. Close to the beach, where I was able to walk. I'll be back and recommend it!

Very good, extremely clean and fragrant house, Mara was nice and welcomed us with a cake that my wife loved. Our days were perfect.

Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but they were always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

Our second time at Arthur and Márcia's house, the first time was already great, this time even better! Great location, well-structured and clean house, a cozy little corner, well decorated, with books and, for those who like TV entertainment. Comfortable bed and bedding. Arthur and Márcia were always very attentive and helpful, we will definitely be back! Excellent opportunity to rest and enjoy the natural and cultural beauty of Paraty.

Very nice and cozy place, as well as the hosts. Local plan recommendations, with maps. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to enjoy what the house offered but taking care of the details: being able to park the car inside, flexibility for arrival. As the only detail to keep in mind, you hear a lot from the house upstairs, but in no case a hassle. Completely recommended!

Highly recommend Suzy’s house. Great location in a beautiful garden with a pool. Suzy is very kind and gave us lots of information about the house and things to do in the area. We loved our stay!

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! Very nice apartment. Maybe a little tight for 4 adults but we were very comfortable. Claudia was always very attentive and gave us very useful suggestions. The place is very quiet and has beautiful beaches nearby. I recommend Sununga's. There is a supermarket nearby and a gas station very close by as well. The restaurant area is a bit far away but it's easy to get there by car. Everything was excellent!
