Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Ariane was a great host, very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. I liked the accommodation, it had everything we needed. We were able to have privacy and tranquility. When we arrived everything was clean and organized. The location is good and quiet, it is close to the center and has transportation options on the avenue. For those looking for privacy, location and cost benefit, it is a great option!

The place is exactly like the advertised. The neighborhood is simple, but before we confirmed the reservation, Bianca made a point of reinforcing this point. It is close to the historic city (15 minutes walking very quiet) and nearby there is a market, pharmacy and several neighborhood shops. The only downside is the mosquitoes, so bring your insecticide. Excellent cost benefit.

A well-defined dirt path is flanked by lush green grass and vibrant clusters of flowering bushes. A distant view of rolling hills and a clear blue sky enhances the serene countryside atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pedro and Silvana's house. The house was impeccable, very clean and organized, as well as charming and very cozy. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, with clear instructions. Good location for those who want to relax and recharge. Very quiet and safe place. We did pretty much everything on foot. Only the historic center requires a car, as it takes about 30 minutes to walk. Excellent! We recommend it and want to come back! Thank you so much, Pedro and Silvana!

We were very pleased with our stay! From the first contact, David was extremely helpful, proactive, kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the location is excellent: really close to the historic center and a few minutes from Jabaquara beach. We would definitely recommend it and come back!

It was incredible days we spent staying with Bruna and Family. Bruna's mother, her father (Mr. Gabriel) and the whole family are wonderful people, welcomed us like family. Super recommend and I hope to return, the chalet is very well organized, very clean. The waterfall behind the site is wonderful to cool off!

The stay was great from beginning to end. Location exactly as shown in the photos, with cutlery, utensils, essential appliances available for use, fan, air conditioning, induction stove. Everything you might need at hand. I even asked the host if he had a barbecue to lend me, and he was willing to lend it to me immediately and bought a barbecue. 😳 I was very happy with the treatment, the shower in the house is wonderful, I felt like living in that shower lol Super comfortable bed, exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend it! The hosts are super helpful, ready to answer any questions, I felt right at home. The house, as the advertisement says, is around 21 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the entrance to the neighborhood is dirt, but nothing that gets in the way. I hope to come back again, thank you very much!

My two-day stay in Paraty was wonderful, and the accommodation contributed a lot to it! The place is exactly like in the pictures, clean, cozy and very well located. The quiet environment and everything was organized with great affection. I definitely recommend it, and if I go back to Paraty, I'll definitely stay here again.
