Vacation rentals with breakfast in Paraty

Quiet place, we were well served we will go back more often, it is close to Centrinho, bakery market everything well!

Very charming and well-maintained accommodation. The hosts were very welcoming and the courtyard is very peaceful. 10 min walk to the historic center. Recommended!

We had a very good stay of 5 days at the Carnival in La Finca. Fair price for value. A 15-minute walk on a wide and quiet avenue, with a canal next to it, that leaves us in the mouth of the Historic Center, near Praça da Matriz. The space is very cozy and has the face of the residents. We were very well received by Sebastian, Clarissa and Paçoca (Çoca, the house dog). Everyone respected our personal space and also the moments of interaction and coexistence were very pleasant. The couple is very peaceful and values clear and objective communication. We felt welcomed, safe and welcomed for the entire stay. In addition, we were lucky enough to go at the opening of the couple's handmade vermouth, also called La Finca, near the Historic Center, which was a special touch of our stay. We wish you success! The house has a large backyard for rest, a very cute living room, spacious kitchen, service area for drying bikinis and smugglers... The room is spacious for a couple, the bed is very comfortable, and features a fan, bed set, set of towels, light fixture, space to leave clothes. The bathroom is shared with the other room available for rent also on Airbnb, but we were lucky and shared for only one day with another couple. It was practically used only by us during our stay. We recommend the use of repellent often, due to the Paraty region it usually has a lot of bugs. Also bring your amenities (soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) and beach towel, since the towels are only for bathing in the house! We hope to definitely come back more often!

Sol's place is great! It is ideally located just across the bridge from the historic centre, ideally located to visit praia do pontal and praia jabaquara and generally in a good area. The room is small, but it is perfect for either solo or a couple. The room has tv, fridge, shelving and fantastic air conditioning. It opens out onto a beautiful little porch where Sol brings breakfast down at 8am for you (leaves it covered and coffee in flask if you don't rise at 8am). Sol is super friendly and speaks good English as well as Spanish and Portuguese. She i s very knowledgeable of the area and gives great advice, just ask! Her partner runs a tourist company in Paraty so she can help you organise any trips you want to take too. It was a pleasure staying at Sol's place!

It's a very good inn. They have excellent attention and they provide you with a very good service. They also give you very good information on what to do in Paraty. The breakfast is very good, and the room has everything you need for those who want to cook. The pool is also very nice. Highly recommended

Tranquil and beautiful, lovely place to stay and relax.

Location was 10/10 - exactly where you’d want to be. Close enough to town and nice beaches that you could walk in 5 minutes but also not kept up by the town. As advertised you do get woken up in the morning (sometimes as early as 5.30) but we didn’t mind too much. Easily a price worth paying. This is the only room which you’d be woken early so it might be worth trying to find a different room at the same Airbnb. Genuinely 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone

The place is amazing. Perfect to relax, connect with nature. The rooms are very comfortable and were perfectly clean. But the difference is the service. Everyone sympathetic, always available, make the stay perfect. Murilo is relentless, always seeking the comfort of the host. The communication, very fast and clear. Absolutely nothing to point out. I will return and recommend without hesitation.

Casa Viva, for those who want to be close to the historic center, but in a quiet and peaceful place, this is the perfect place. Clean bedroom, clean bathroom, mosquito screens on all windows, clean towels every day, everything was delightful. Their food.... simply WONDERFUL! Try the gnocchi with shrimp, delicious!

Pousada for Families. Clean, well-maintained environment and gentle and attentive staff. The only point against is the entrance of the inn, having access that requires a lot of attention on account of the road.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from this place, it was truly magical and we didn’t want to leave. Jan was the most amazing host and we loved the breakfast, space, conversations with Jan and the views from every angle. It is the best air BnB we have ever stayed at and we would recommend to all.
