Quinta das Marias, quiet and well located

The apartment is independent of the house and its use is private. These are new and practical facilities, designed and decorated by an architect, with the necessary items for days of tranquility. We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

Breakfast will be available in the kitchen to be prepared by the guest at the time they wish (fruits, breads, cold cuts, coffee, milk, butter, cream cheese, eggs and cake) We have bicycles at the disposal of our guests. Relax in this unique and cozy place. We are 400 meters from Jabaquara Beach and 1,700 meters from the historic center. Share this tropical paradise with us. We are surrounded by nature, birds and sometimes we receive visits from wild animals. My husband and I live in the front house and the 2 studios are in the back. We are available for any requests and are far enough away to maintain your privacy. In the neighborhood, there is a market/bakery, bars and restaurants.
