Our experience was better than we expected! Thalita and her family are exceptional hosts, making our stay truly special. The place is impeccably clean, comfortable and offers a lot of privacy, all surrounded by a very well-kept green area. We highlighted the service of Mathias, which was always available and was extremely helpful, ensuring that everything went perfectly. For those who have pets, it is the ideal place! The space is fully pet friendly, and the hosts show a genuine love for animals, making your four-legged companion feel as welcome as you do. The swimming pool, as well as common areas, is kept clean daily. The kiosk is great for breakfast and equipped for cooking or even cooking a barbecue. The location is excellent, just one block from Perequê-Açu beach and close to local commerce. Anyway, very high cost-benefit. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent location less than 100 meters from the beach. Quiet, private location with easy access by GPS. Clean accommodation, minibar was very useful to accommodate food and drink. Excellent entrance closet for arranging clothes. The ceiling fan cooled the environment and the window could be kept fully closed or just the glass pane.

We spent four days in Paraty, and although it rained the entire time, Tami's place truly became our sanctuary. The apartment was the perfect spot to cozy up and watch the rain fall through the large windows. Nestled just behind one of Paraty’s historic churches, the location couldn’t have been better—charming, quiet, and central. The space itself was warm and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy for us to cook dinner one night. We especially loved the back patio, where we sat under cover and soaked in the peaceful ambiance of the rain. Despite the weather limiting our outdoor plans, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Tami was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t recommend this place more—it made all the difference during a very rainy visit!

Marisa's house served us perfectly, as the location was on a very quiet and perfect beach for children. Perfect place for those looking to relax and disconnect a little. Marisa was proactive and always remained at the disposal. I want to return now.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the house and everything in it. The Deck in the outdoor area was an attraction for my daughter who loved to enjoy the fish. Kika was a great host... always attentive to my requests and still accepted my Pet that snapped in the outside area. Super recommend Kika's house. The complete kitchen and laundry tb. I want to return.
