Direct oceanfront with great surfing right in front and located in the center of Jaco where you can easily walk to all of Jaco's shops and restaurants. Please no party groups and strict no guest policy. Catch the big breakers here, or opt for some easier waves to the south. Walk into town to find a good selection of places in which to eat, drink, or shop. Taxi's into town are just $2-3, or you can easily walk/bycycle. No guest policy, maximum 4 people.

Nous avons eu un formidable séjour à la Casa Colibri. Esteban et Amanda ont été très réactifs et ont donné des instructions claires pour l’arrivée, qui a pu être flexible. La maison est lumineuse, très propre et possède de nombreux équipements (fournitures pour la cuisine, serviettes, jeux, barbecue, etc.) qui nous ont été utiles tout au long de notre séjour. Il s’agit d’une des maisons les mieux équipées que nous avons pu louer depuis nos débuts avec Airbnb ! Entourée de belle végétation, la cour arrière est intime malgré la présence de plusieurs habitations dans le quartier. Celui-ci est très calme et sécuritaire. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les plages de la région, le refuge Cúru, le village de Montezuma ainsi que pour assister à la bioluminescence. Vraiment, cette maison a été un coup de cœur pour nous !

We loved the house. It has many rooms with toilets to accommodate all you family and friends. Huge kitchen and living room. The pool area was fantastic. Chad communicated pretty well, he will make sure all your questions are resolved. As a respectful feedback, the only improvement we be done is to optimize some of the front yard to allow perhaps one more car to park inside the property. We were able to part outside and no complaints with it. Definitely would go again! Totally recommend it.

Hermosa casa, bien equipada, es igual a como aparece en las fotos y más. Limpia, segura, en un entorno bello, rodeada de un jardín tropical. En un residencial seguro, tranquilo y privado, con fácil acceso a la playa. Además excelente servicio al cliente, el administrador muy amable y con pronta respuesta. Sin duda alguna regresaremos. 100% recomendada.

Myself and a group of 10 close friends stayed at Ryan’s home as we were in Jaco celebrating our friends bachelor party. I can’t recommend this home enough. From its proximity to the beach and many great restaurants and shops, to its size, and its incredible backyard patio. I also have to give a shout out to Keyna who was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed for our stay as well as giving great local recommendations and always checking up on us if we needed anything. All in all, an amazing home worth every penny.
