We stayed for 9 nights and absolutely had an awesome stay! the room was clean and AC worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the environment and sense of community that this hostel fosters as well as enjoying the privacy of a seperate room while staying there. The supermarkets are extremely close (2 to choose from within a 5 minute walk), the beach is super close, and the property is far enough off the main road that noise and dust aren't an issue. It was a pleasure staying here and would very stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place is gorgeous, with a stunning forest view that made every moment feel serene and magical. The pool was a dream—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The decor was stylish and well thought out, and the accommodation was incredibly comfortable and spotless. Everything was so well maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We only wish we had more time here! Would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Teresa!

Wonderful place, Andres is a great host as well. It’s located in a small, quiet, and beautiful part of town. Located nearby is a cool pizza restaurant/treehouse and a small market. Within short driving distance are multiple beautiful beaches. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful. The restaurant serves delicious food and cocktails. Andre’s was always attentive and had a smile. Wonderful place for those who want a beautiful and quiet getaway.

Everything was super great and we got a great deal compared to the rest of santa teresa! So good value for the money. The only negative thing we can think of is that the shower had very poor pressure as well as a little smell and that it sounded a little in the evenings from motorcycles as it is quite close to the road. Otherwise everything is fine with very nice staff👍

Couldn’t recommend more. Fernandos El Chante Surf House provided a delightful living space and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The team at El Chante were always readily available to help, and to answer any questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and the surfing lessons that Fernando provided. Thanks again :)

Family stay with 2 children 6 and 8 years old. The sea view cabin is beautiful!!! The exceptional environment!!! we saw monkeys heard🐒🐒🐒 every day! The pool is nice and the water is hot! This is the best accommodation of our stay in Costa Rica! Vilage center 5 min walk away! Montezuma beach is beautiful and uncrowded. Our favorite part of Costa Rica😃😃! Thank you for hosting us

My wife and I stayed at one of the AirStreams and truly enjoyed our one night stay. We definitely recommend a longer stay if you are reading this post. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach or walking around town. The food at their restaurant was delicious and the vibe was unique!

Nestled in a secure area located on a small hill, a 5 minute walk to the beach, is NALA. It is a quaint hotel that brings pure peace to the soul. The pool area is kept well-groomed and clean, all one hears is the sounds of nature. There is a spot to work out/yoga looking over the pool. A common area kitchen and big refrigerator is convenient, if the need arises. The studio suite is perfect with a comfortable bed and small patio to relax. As well as a mini fridge for treats. The room was cleaned and restocked with coffee daily. The staff is not only efficient, but kind and always welcomed guests with a smile. One can't help but feel like a small family among the staff and other guests. Everything you can think of is just a quick walk to the main street. And the beach at sunset is something to never forget. I not only recommend this hotel but hope to go back time and time again. Thank you for this little slice of heaven.

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and the view was great. So fun to walk on the suspension bridge to town. The hill on the way back is a work out. Also great to be right on the waterfall trail. They also helped us book a great snorkeling trip. Breakfast was very tasty.

The Boho Lodge was the perfect location to enjoy quiet, privacy and nature, while being close enough to Montezuma, local restaurants, the beach, and Cabo Blanco. After a day hiking in steamy temperatures, it was great to return to Boho Lodge for a delightful swim in the pool to cool down and recharge. The landscaping, jungle surroundings, howler monkeys calling out greetings, the helpful staff, and William’s recommendations and Pura Vida spirit made it a very special stay.

This hotel is beautiful. The grounds, the hammock area, and the pool are all pristine and nice areas to relax. The bed is really comfortable and I loved the jungle views on the outdoor balcony. The restaurant was also beautiful and airy and I loved every breakfast I tried. The location was also in the heart of the town. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been visiting Santa Teresa for the last few years and found the location of Akwa to be perfect. Tucked off the main road, Awka is private but still close to all of the great restaurants and the beach. Eduardo is great host and responsive. The grounds of Akwa are well maintained and our room was comfortable and clean. We spent a lot of time on our private balcony overlooking Santa Teresa and the ocean (at night the stars were so beautiful and bright!) I would definitely stay at Akwa again. Thank you Eduardo! We had a wonderful trip and hope to be back soon.

I had a fabulous stay! I will definitely be back! the breakfast was delicious and the ladies were so sweet and helpful. I didn’t receive instructions on how to check in or who the on site host contact. Luckily Jared was finishing up a surf lesson and helped me out, showed me to the room and gave me the on site contact phone number. It’s a peaceful, quiet spot walking distance to the main road, you won’t be disappointed!

i went on vacation with my wife and Mrs. Shirley. We felt comfortable and cluttered with the vegetarian food I prepare for us, because in the area you can't get vegetarian options.

We had a great stay at Pachamama. The property is embedded in lush jungle with plenty of wildlife and the beautiful beaches of Mal Pais are just a very short walk away. We especially liked the dedication of the management, the ladies running the property were most helpful and full of positive energy.

Nancy is a super hostess! We felt right at home! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is super equipped, there was nothing missing. The pool area is👩🏼‍🍳 also wonderful and very quiet! 💦 The yoga sessions with Nancy were great! 🧘🏼‍♀️ Playa Hermosa is minutes by car and is very suitable for relaxing and surfing! 🏄🏼‍♀️ In the village of Santa Teresa there are mega restaurants, cafes and boutiques. ☕️🛍️ We can only recommend booking a stay at House of Shakti to everyone 😍
