Jeffe’s place is in an amazing spot in Santa Teresa. Easily walkable to all the best restaurants and beach bars. She gave us great recommendations and the place was great! The outside area was our favorite part!

Hands down, this was the best AirBnB experience I have had to date. The property is exactly as advertised, the location is safe, secluded, and serene (especially during rainy season). Andi and his wife are incredibly helpful and gracious hosts. We communicated daily about best times for the cleaning/maintenance crew to perform their duties around my fluid and unpredictable schedule. They assisted with my transportation to and from the local airport, arranged my ATV rental for the week, arranged both an in-home massage therapist and an in-home chef, provided numerous specialized individual recommendations for restaurants, hikes, excursions, etc. I will absolutely be returning to The Green House in the future. This is an absolute gem!

This was my second stay at L Villa. Everything was perfect again. Clean, quality, and luxurious. So peaceful here, privately perched in the jungle. The professional team of hosts for this property are top-notch.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lucy is a super host and really pays attention to detail. Her communication is incredibly fast and responsive, a perfect 10! There’s an awesome mango tree in the back yard where macaws visit, so spectacular to see them everyday!! We also made friends with an iguana, he loves fruit lol! The surrounding community is very safe for family’s with kids and has many things to do with in the gated surroundings, including a very private beach. One of the highlights for me being I love to barbecue is the outside space, it’s a spectacular set up that was created there for enjoying backyard time!! Thanks again Lucy, best regards!

This house is an absolute gem 💎 Incredible quiet location. You are surrounded by nature and incredible trees. It felt like we were living with the monkeys. The architecture of the house is very modern. Very well equipped. We made good use of the binoculars to spot the monkeys, toucans iguanas and birds in the morning. The pool and its surroundings are stunning.. personally my favourite thing about the house. And so many pretty flowers everywhere! We were all very sad to leave but will definitely come back next year! Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing time staying here. It’s just the right amount of remote, super peaceful and surrounded by nature, but still close to everything you want to do. Honestly, it was more than we could’ve wished for. The place itself is beautiful, with jungle all around, constant sounds of birds and animals, and an incredible view. Will was an awesome host. Being a local, he gave us the best tips – where to surf, great places to eat, and even where to get the freshest fish (or catch it yourself!). As others have said, you’ll definitely need a quad or a car to get there because the road is bumpy. But honestly, that just added to the fun and you should get one anyway for the best CR experience. When we visit Santa Teresa again we would definitely stay here again. Totally recommend it to anyone!

Such a great property with relaxing and beautiful views. Got a chance to see lots of different birds and butterflies right on the property even heard some monkeys but they were far away. Over all a great place to stay if you just want to get away and be around nature

La Casita Amarilla is a true gem! The gardens are lush and beautifully maintained—photos don’t do it justice. The home’s attention to detail is stunning, from colorful tile work in the kitchen and bathroom to stained glass windows handmade by Madeleine. Fresh coconuts grow onsite, and the gardener will happily cut them down for you! A short walk away is an ATV rental and Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve. Montezuma is about a 15–20 minute drive with beaches, shops, restaurants, and zip lining. The pool and hammock area are a dream—perfect for relaxing in nature. If you’re looking for peace and charm, this is it. Madeleine, Vincent, and Rob were amazing hosts—you can feel how much they love sharing this special place. I absolutely loved my stay!

An amazing place that was walkable to restaurants and grocery stories with amazing surrounding of beaches and plenty of things to do

We were very happy with our stay here! Galit and Dan were amazing hosts, responsive to any questions we had and provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. This is a beautiful place to spend your time in Costa Rica, and it is in a great location to explore Montezuma and other areas throughout the peninsula. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend booking here.

This was worth it every second and every penny. Very very peaceful and beautiful place. The nature you need to heal your soul in just a few days. The internet was missing, but I didn’t want to work anyway. I just wanted nature for myself I give it a 11/10. You should definitely go for it.

Absolutely incredible stay! Par en Par was even more beautiful than the photos. The views were truly breathtaking — we could see the ocean from every room and loved the privacy each space offered. The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and perfectly set up for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. The pool was a dream — clean, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. The service was top notch. Omer was responsive, helpful, and always friendly. Any questions and requests were answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Our family of five (with three kids under four) had the most incredible month at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with a breathtakingly gorgeous beach just steps away. We felt completely safe the entire time, which was so important with little ones. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful staff. Maureen, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful and kind, making everything seamless for us. And we can’t recommend Domingo the cook enough—her dinners were a highlight of our trip! We used her services every night, and every meal was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, beautiful getaway with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be! Had an amazing stay ! Location gives you a real feel of Costa Rica, she was not kidding when she said you need a 4X4 to access the property. Love the home, love the view, and love the easy communication with the host.

As others have said the pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are stunning!! Waking up every morning with a view of the Pacific ocean and howler monkeys is a dream come true!! Access to the property is much easier than others we have stayed at. The road is well maintained but steep at points. We had a 4x4 but maybe not needed at all times of the year. The house itself is well stocked for cooking and very clean. The gardens are the best I’ve seen in my travels this far :) Yoga in the mornings coordinated by Pacific Azure was just what we need. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara’s place. The location was excellent - it felt very private, nestled in the jungle, but also a short drive to the main strip and beaches. Despite the bathroom being open air, we saw almost no bugs and none in the downstairs unit (a big positive for my fearful girlfriend). The place itself was charming and tastefully designed. Clara was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again!

Cindy and Andrew's house is very nice, functional and has it in excellent state of conservation and cleanliness. We had great days there, we will definitely come back. The place is great, everything was very good. Rating 100 ! Truly a great option.
