Santa Teresa north Room with patio and private bathroom. Excellent location, only few steps far from playa Paraiso, one of the best surfer’s spots.. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The property although is centrally, far from the noisy, crowded and dusted Santa Teresa. In the middle of a lush tropical garden IS IN THE JUNGLE AS IN ALL SANTA TERESA IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE MUNICIPALITY OF WILL CUT OUT WATER OR ELECTRICITY IN GENERAL FOR NO LONGER THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS

My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!
