Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paquera

House is located in a gated community - with closed gate at nights with guard. Open car porch. House structured for large groups to have their privacy, with really nice space for large group gathering. Three of five rooms have built-in bathroom. Full kitchen with more appliances than I have seen in other similar rental - heavy duty blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, etc. Lots of pots, flatware and cutlery. A/C and fan in all the rooms, including living area. Pool a few house down - I did not use, but I did see a bunch of towels for beach and pool. Easy walk to the town and the beach. Really nice large washing machine and dryer. The house is not sparkly new, however everything worked really well. I felt really safe and at home.

5 stars I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, great location, and spacious house. The location was perfect, close to everything (not even a ten minute walk) but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend going to KOKOs for dinner and drinks. The host Brian was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like the beach chairs and boogie boards. The house was great for large group, we had 8 people there and because of the open concept we could all eat, play games, enjoy some drinks together and watch the game. Great kitchen, lots of storage and was happy to see this place come with cleaning supplies so you can clean up easily as you go. Nice back yard with a place to lounge and an awesome balcony upstairs thats perfect for tanning. The community is extremely clean, very well maintained and has a large pool only a 3 minute from the house. I’d definitely stay here again!!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Highly recommended for anyone seeking a special, peaceful retreat with family or friends in Montezuma.

This was my second time staying at Carlos’ place and I will definitely be back when I come visit Santa Teresa! It is a perfect escape, it feels very private yet is so close to everything you need. The house is clean and has great WiFi and AC for remote work. Carlos is an amazing host, he is super friendly and always willing to help. He even helped me organize a horseback tour. His local knowledge made a huge difference! Great price, great location!

Das war die schönste Unterkunft, die wir in Costa Rica hatten. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet worden, sodass man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlt. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr schön angelegt. Nebendran wohnen scheinbar Arbeiter, die teils etwas lauter waren, aber es hielt sich im Rahmen. Es gibt nur in dem "Master Bedroom" eine Klimaanlage. Die anderen beiden Zimmer haben nur einen Ventilator. Für uns war es okay.

Vale mucho la pena el hospedaje! Tiene todo lo que anuncia y el parqueo queda cerca del apartamento por lo que no hay que caminar mucho con las maletas. Las lapas llegaron en las mañanas a comer en un árbol anexo a la propiedad y desde la habitación se veían a simple vista. Hay panadería y super en la misma calle, y está a unas cuadras del centro de Jacó.

Rocío nos ayudó super rápido a pesar de que hicimos una reserva anticipada ya todo estaba listo, el lugar es súper limpio y logras encontrar todo lo que necesitas para pasar una buena estancia. El alojamiento que tuvimos tenía una mesa de pool que nos ha hecho pasar una velada super entretenida, también tuvimos acceso a a la piscina del complejo que nos ha salvado de los fuertes calores de Jacó. Sin duda será mi primera opción en mis próximos visitas a Jacó.

Acá volveríamos. Un lugar hermoso con copas de árboles a la vista. Se escuchaban monos y llegaron pájaros y ardillas traviesas cerca de nosotros. La piscina muy agradable, el personal muy colaborador y el lugar muy cerca de la playa, donde el atardecer es hermoso y cautivador. Este apartamento está muy bien equipado y muy cerca de restaurantes tiendas, heladerías y supermercados. Lo recomiendo, pese a la zona que es bastante cara, pero teniendo un súper cerca, se puede ahorrar un poco.

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

Muy bien toda la estadía, anfitriones super amables, solo hubo un pequeño detalle que fue rápidamente solventado. Diego fue un gran apoyo durante la estadía. Esperamos volver pronto.

Good place and near to the beach.

Diana did an amazing job with hosting us! We were in town for a friend's Birthday and spent lots of time at the nearby beach! This location is central to most things, like restaurants, bars, the beach is walking distance and stores are a quick walk from the airbnb. The host was incredibly responsive, proactive and overall pleasant to book from. You will not regret booking this Airbnb :) 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! Thank you for making our time so enjoyable!! I can't wait to go back.

He estado varias veces en Villas Paraíso, me encanta por que es muy seguro, cerca de todo y tranquilo. Clay Y Abril fueron muy diligentes con un par de cosas que necesitamos. Volvería y lo recomiendo.

Excellent logement, très bien équipé. Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Guillermo avec qui la communication a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

Great stay with my family

this place is gorgeous and so peaceful. having full access to the resort next door was extremely convenient. security called us a taxi any time we needed and they were never more than 5 minutes away
