Ohana Villas was the perfect place to stay in Santa Teresa! The property is beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The pool and pool area is great! A perfect spot to cool off and relax. The owners are present on the property every day & the nicest people! They would check in on how our stay is going, if we needed anything and just to say hi. We were given clear instructions to access the property, a lengthy list of recommendations for food and some overall information. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in ST.

Guillermo's place was very comfortable and clean. There was AC in both bedrooms and the living room. We did not get to go to the pool since we stayed one night stay only. He gave clear check in instructions that were easy to follow. I like that it is inside a private area and it was very quiet. I would recommend his place to others.

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Three of us stayed at Wanderlust to celebrate the upcoming wedding of a friend. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Highlights of the accommodations were the incredibly comfortable beds, the peaceful atmosphere and the fantastic hot tub. What really makes this place stand out is Jai. Jai could not have done more to make our stay a magical occasion. She provided us with impeccable food and drink recommendations, connected us with local, trustworthy transportation and bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. Jai really is a special treat. We all hope to be back someday.

My husband, three-teenaged kids, and I had an amazing stay here! The condo is a great location close to the main strip for restaurants, shopping, groceries. The resort is well kept and the pool is top tier. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo has washer/dryer and A/C which was necessary for our family of five. Communication with host was easy. We had an issue with water leaking from master BR’s A/C unit and Phil immediately had the issue rectified. We rented a car and drove from SJO airport, and we are so glad we did! Getting around is easier with the Waze app. It took us about 2 hours to get from SJO to condo due to afternoon traffic and about 1 hour and 15 minutes for return to airport in the early morning with less traffic. We give our stay at Anik and Phil’s a strong five star!!

Our stay at Lauren’s place in Jacó was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful part of town — just far enough from the main strip to feel relaxing, but still close enough to everything you might need. It had every amenity we could have asked for. You can tell Lauren has truly thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Lauren was incredibly easy to communicate From start to finish, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jacó — you won’t be disappointed! ⸻

Linette and Dan were wonderful hosts. Both were so warm. Linette immediately welcomed me to her home and provided a mini tour. She gave my her phone number in case I had questions. Dan showed off his garden and all the fruit trees. It was such a great experience. Linette provided instructions on how to walk to the beach. Find the yellow Catholic Church and take the road turning left all the way down. They live about a 10 minute walk from the beach. They also have so much nature on their property in the mangroves. You'll see large fish swimming, and little crabs. please be aware that you're sharing the property with Linette and Dan. they won't be in your way :) if anything, provide fresh fruit to you!

Planned on staying for only one night but then got there and fell in love with the place. Very comforting and accommodating along with feeling very safe. Hidden gem for sure! The atmosphere is very welcoming and very grateful to have found this place. Wish we could have stayed longer…all the way from O-H……I-O.

Una típica quinra de recreo con una cada cómoda muy limpia y bien equipada. El área social excelente. Hicimos BBQ y se pasa muy bien en la piscina. De noche sumamente especial con luces y todo lo necesario. Vamos y ducha al aire libre también. Un 10! Muy comunicativos los anfitriones.

Der perfekte Ort, um bei einem Frühstück zu entspannen und den Vögeln zuzusehen. Der Sonnenuntergang war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – einfach fantastisch! Bei Rückfragen war die Kommunikation sehr schnell und freundlich. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

Such a beautiful place with beautiful views. we especially enjoyed the hammocks along the property looking out on the ocean as well as the breakfast which was absolutely amazing. casa sol was spacious, clean & had beautiful decor. we loved the location, which was close to the beach, nature and waterfalls & the little town. would love to come back again!

We had an absolutely heavenly stay at Jan's; it was our second time in this lovely place, a perfect escape far from the crowds. The location is incredibly peaceful, with the tranquility we craved while still being close to restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you may need. The place has everything you need to cook, making it feel like a true home away from home. The internet connection was flawless, which made working remotely a breeze. As usual, Jan was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise!

El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación era excelente, tranquila y segura, ideal para descansar y al mismo tiempo cerca de todo lo necesario. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento desde el primer momento, siempre disponible para responder cualquier consulta. Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽

El lugar está alejado del centro de Montezuma pero muy cerca del mismo. Cerca de Cobano, cerca de Santa Teresa. Sumamente tranquilo con vista al mar muy seguro si apagas todas las luces en la noche se puede ver un cielo espectacular y estrellado. Con arboles de mango a su alrededor. En nuestra estadía pudimos ver monos cariblancos, lapas, osos hormigueros y demás. Se duerme placenteramente y se pierde el sentido del tiempo. Recomendamos el lugar y Don William otro de los anfitriones sumamente servicial, amable y simpático. Esperemos volver nuevamente!

Todo muy bonito. Excelente Ubicación , la casa preciosa, host increíble . 10/10 a pesar de los trabajadores alrededor de la propiedad . Muchísima iluminación en los cuartos en las mañanas . Definitivamente se necesita 4x4 para llegar .

Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir uns erhofft haben und noch viel mehr. Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

We had a wonderful stay at this property: we loved relaxing on the large terraced area, watching local wildlife: birds, squirrels, monkeys. The pool area was ideal for cooling down in the afternoons. The beach is within a short walking distance, as is a supermarket and other eateries. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and additional towels, and the aircon in both bedrooms was a relief at night. Beds and linens were extremely comfy - we all slept incredibly well on this leg of our trip. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Overall, a very relaxing few days in the middle of a busy trip around Costa Rica! We would return again in a heartbeat.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Shawn is a great host, very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. It was a nice little condo; my wife and I love that complex. It is well kept up, in a good part of town and close to the beach. The guards and cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying and we will definitely be going back!

This property in Montezuma is ideal. Just far enough from town to have peace and quiet when desired, but also only steps to the town if some nightlife is what you are looking for. The beach location is perfect and just above the sea turtle conservation area - we were lucky enough to witness a hatching event! The grounds and pool area are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property itself is bright and clean with lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house keeper Lilly was very responsive if anything extra was needed. We loved the big bright shower with skylight. We actually were able to see monkeys in the trees right outside the window in the shower one morning! Karen, our host, was very responsive and generous with her time and suggestions. Oh and if you are looking for some out of this world fish tacos and iced coconut coffee check out Habitat just above the main village. Wow! Highly recommend!
