Privatize our lodge (breakfasts & kayaks included)

Ataraxia is pure magic and exceeded our expectations in every way. We rented out the whole lodge to host a yoga retreat with 12 of us total. Communication from Pierre and Manon was fantastic throughout and they took really good care of us — ready to help order us boat taxis, recommend us things to do, or answer any question at any time. The rooms and cabins were spacious, cozy and kept really clean. We had use of kayaking and snorkel gear as well, which everyone loved. At the top of the hill, the yoga shala overlooked the sea and was a wonderful place to practice and teach in. We were even able to spot a sloth and her baby a few times. Perhaps our favourite thing, though, was the food. We had 6 vegan lunches and dinners and we were sooo impressed by the variety of meals and how delicious every dish was. Being able to order a glass of wine with dinner was a nice touch, too. We loved our whole stay. We’ll be back!!
A wooden walkway connects the house to the surrounding natural landscape. Towering trees frame the view, with lush green foliage providing a sense of serenity. The house features a covered balcony, allowing for outdoor enjoyment while remaining sheltered from the elements.

Jungle House (The Refuge of the Devil's Breeze)

MarkusRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Olga & Stephane's house is wonderful and spacious. We felt comfortable right from the start. It is well equipped, so we didn't miss anything in the 4 nights. You can take nice excursions or simply enjoy the terrace or the living room. As a highlight, the warm pool may be used, always with a fire in the evening. It is highly recommended to book a menu in the restaurant. Olga's food and Stephane's drinks blew us away and we almost regretted (the kitchen in the house is wonderfully furnished) that we also wanted to cook ourselves and ended up booking a second time in the restaurant. For us as vegetarians, the best food in Panama, with a nice atmosphere and Stephane, who presented the food to us in a terrific way. We would have liked to have stayed longer

Cocovivo Dolphin Pod

This place is absolutely amazing, everything about it. One of my favorite places I’ve been to in the world. I could not get enough of the coral reef. I’d highly highly recommend this to any nature lover who doesn’t mind a rustic experience. However, If bugs are an issue for you, maybe skip, as you will get covered in bites.

Whimsical Treehouse in Dolphin Bay on Cacao Farm

LuanaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Finca Montezuma is a small paradise surrounded by greenery. Here time flows slowly and if what you are looking for is a unique experience in contact with nature, this is the right experience for you. You can spot sloths, birds, and listen to monkeys in the lovely treehouse or on the pier with hammocks to relax and read a good book. We were able to use the kayaks available for free to take a nice tour of the dolphin bay. Dorien was very hospitable and ready to meet our requests, we also did the chocolate tour and we were able to discover the different processes from the tree to chocolate and immerse ourselves in their fantastic world. Thanks for the great experience 🤗

The cabin is in an idyllic place and you have the feeling of being alone in the world in the middle of the jungle. I would recommend this place to anyone. A 5 minute walk from Old Bank and on the way to Wizard Beach. We ask that you will take care of our luggage and offered without any problem. They also took us to the next island in their boat and helped us with the bag. Recommended to anyone!!!!

This place is a hidden gem! The open areas by the pool have beautiful tropical plants and flowers surrounding them. There is an awesome outdoor shower and a cute tree house you can actually stay in. Catalino and Genesis are great hosts and very attentive. We visited Los Cajones de Chano near by, what an awesome place! We could have also surfed by Playa Caracoles near by, but surf was down. The beach itself is was super nice! We are so happy we spent a couple of nights in this area and place!
