Budget shack in town center!

No power (in the room), but we have LED lanterns and power IS available in shared spaces. Very primitive or rustic. It's like camping - but with access to a kitchen, laundry, and showers. We created this unit as a sustainability project - because our white towels and sheets in our more expensive units kept getting stained by a soap and sunscreen chemical reaction. They are still perfectly usable - just unsightly. So we use those in here. The only thing perfect about this room is the price!

The tents are located in the shady part of our facilities, and you are only steps away from the ocean. Jungle Camping

For nature lovers: howler monkeys, sloths, capucines, armadillos plus more live around the site. A birders paradise. 20 minute hike from the main road on a rock country road. Hilly areas. No neighbors but amazing hosts! We have an outdoor shower and composting toilet. A basic cooking area with mosquito netting, a smaller tent inside the outer tent that is even more protected. A expedition hammock to relax in. Wood to burn if you want to make a fire outside.
