Beautiful home! Definitely a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was very responsive and friendly to any questions we had.

Klasse Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht einfach nur der Wahnsinn! Leben direkt am Strand - top. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants (z. B. Surf Shack) mit Top Gerichten, Cocktails und absolut freundlichem Personal. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und dazu hat auch die zuverlässige und überaus freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber beigetragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vincent was very proactive in helping us with Ferry tickets and making sure we had everything we needed. I didn't notice in the listing that it was right next to the small airstrip but that didn't turn out to be a problem as there were not many planes in or out and we actually got a kick out of watching them land and take off. Contadora is such a gem and we all enjoyed our stay.

The Jungle House at Playa Bluff was a great getaway destination for our 2 families, with 4 adults and 6 children, ages 4-11. The pool was great and the sleeping arrangements worked well for us. There is a decent kitchen, but we mostly ate at nearby restaurants or on our daily adventures. The house is about a 25 min taxi ride from the main town and the road can get soupy, but any of the truck taxis can easily get to the house. The beach is stunning, although not great for swimming with rip tides and currents. The host was super responsive to all questions and I would highly recommend this house. We even saw sloths and monkeys right around the house.

House was very comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor space, specially the basketball court for my kids. There is a pool right in front of the property which is so convenient. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property.

Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos como en casa gracias a la calidez y la atención a los detalles que se perciben en cada rincón. La ubicación es inmejorable, con el sonido relajante de las olas como banda sonora constante y la playa a solo unos pasos. Disfrutamos muchísimo de los atardeceres desde la piscina. Alojamiento amplio y con todas las comodidades, la casa es moderna y los electrodomésticos están casi nuevos. Baños y cocina bien equipados así como aceites condimentos y otros básicos para preparar tus alimentos. La ubicación es muy buena en una área tranquila y una. Hermosa vista en la parte posterior Jeff se asegura de ponerse en contacto con antelación para que tengas toda la Información a mano antes de iniciar tu estadía.

This is the perfect getaway. Stepping onto the property feels like stepping into a magical storybook. The babbling brook, gorgeous chalet, and cozy surroundings were perfect for our family getaway. The only thing I think would have improved it would have been hammocks :)

Loved our stay at El nido del toucan! Gisela and Guido are so friendly and they live in literal paradise. The house was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. The dip in the pool was much welcome in the heat, the closest beach is a short 15 min walk from the place and is a true hidden gem. Gisela had recommendations and useful tips, we had good conversations and she has a great sense of humor. Everything was exactly was we needed for a restful stay. I already recommended to friends and family. Merci Gisela et Guido!

Speziell der Gatte von Alyssa und auch Alyssa waren sehr hilfsbereit. So hat er noch die Gasflasche zu später Stunde gewechselt, danke nochmals.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We had a wonderful stay at Marc Andre and Mareike's beautiful guest house. It was spotlessly clean, has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and beautiful views from every room in the house...especially from the big covered terrace where we ate all our meals, bbq'd, played cards and lounged by the pool. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything needed for cooking all your meals. Marc Andre and Mareike are perfect hosts...kind, warm and absolutely gracious in every way. They were always available for any questions we had, arranging tours and even hooking us up with a local fisherman to get fresh lobster to cook up on the grill yet they still gave us a complete sense of privacy. I absolutely recommend staying at this beautiful home!!!

We spent 7 nights here in early June (rainy season). Overall, we had a really amazing experience and would come back! The house is beautiful - just like the photos. We were worried about mosquitos but they weren't a big deal - the beds all have nice mosquito nets. My main critique: the beach immediately in front of the house that you see in the photos doesn't match reality - which was a little disappointing. There's a sea wall between the house and water and the sand has all been washed away and has some trash there. Not as pristine as the photos. That said, just to the left of the house is a long, beautiful beach with almost no one around. What else: The nearby indigenous village - Salt creek - and locals we met were amazing. Probably the best part of the whole experience. The tours / boat rides were really fun, but are expensive - make sure you discuss prices before you go. The family that meets you is awesome and around all the time if you need anything. We really enjoyed it!

This is a little paradise. We loved it here! There were howlers and sloths in the garden right off the pool deck. Tons of birds! The ocean sounds lulled us to sleep at night and the bird songs and howlers woke us up each morning. It was hard to leave. Tom, the cat, became a real buddy. The proximity to good good and town is perfect. Secluded yet close enough to get a great cocktail and ceviche or burrito within a two-minute walk to ‘Ohana. I could go on and on about the location. Joanna was amazing! So friendly and welcoming and available to help and answer questions when we needed it. This place is a winner. We hope to go back and stay longer next time.

The two greatest things about Fernanda’s place are Fernanda and Torio. Fernanda is a wonderful host; responsive, proactive and updated us with timely opportunities for eating out and exploring. She had fresh coconuts waiting for us and a bbq that easily handled two big racks of baby back ribs and shrimp. Both delightful as there is not a great diversity of good/fun places to eat, although next time we may bring less of our own food and try more fondas. Torio maintains much of its agricultural/fishing culture and thus was a delightful respite from places like Playa Venado and other regions of Panama that have lost some of their earlier charm for us. So The combination of Fernanda and Torio makes for a solid 5 plus stars.

Gamboa is perfect for anyone wanting to see the rainforest. Compared to the traffic and crowds in Panama City, Gamboa is very peaceful and beautiful. The house is half of a duplex built by the US to support the canal and has nice touches added by the owner. There is a path next door to walk to the ‘town’ center which is a small restaurant and a shop. Plenty of nature attractions near by. In the back yard we saw iguanas, neques, frogs, bats, monkeys and birds. There are avocados trees and plantains growing in the back yard too.

This place is really great: the perfect option to have peace really close to the city. We had 3 nights in Michaels place and we didnt want to leave. Tha place has a full kitchen with plenty utensils and a good internet connection, which is really important to us. The view and the place in general is something to recommend.

The house was perfect for our boys trip. The bed were good and the pool was a lifesaver. The beach is steps away from the house and the check in and out was easy. Roy was very helpful with all our questions and was super proactive about recommending local eats. We enjoyed our time and will be back with our family’s .

Great place, fantastic view and less than an hour from the city and super easy to get to.  Caretaker greeted us upon arrival and assisted in bringing things in.   Beautiful open area with large balcony with hammock, picnic table, seating and a spot that could be used to relax or for an afternoon siesta.Private pool overlooks Lake Gatun and Colon in the distance.Inside - full refrigerator and stove. Outside a bbq grill.  Also has Netflix and FireTV. Enjoyed our stay.  Thanks to our host Jenny.

Adrien is an amazing host and his place was by far one of the most nicest places I've ever stayed in. It has so much privacy and right on a very secluded beach. He had fresh mangoes waiting for me after I checked in. He was always responsive no matter what time. Thank you again, Adrien for an amazing stay!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. The place had extremely thoughtful details to truly make it feel as if we were at home. For example, there were plenty of towels, a washer/dryer, coffee, ice, fans/AC, broom, comfortable couches, plenty of pillows, etc. I really don’t know what I could have done better to improve my experience because it was really great!!
