The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

Seriously, the location does not get better than this being right across the street from beach access point 51, walking distance to restaurants, pier park shopping, and so much more! This cozy beach oasis style townhome offers 2 bedrooms, a pull out full bed, couch, and futon upstairs to sleep 8 guests comfortably. Fenced yard, and pet friendly!
