This is a very private house with views of a local farm and a pond. Two covered porches, large dining and living areas, and everything provided. Less than an hour from Panama City Beach or Chipley Florida. One bedroom and two futons in the living room makes room for 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Small shed out back to store personal items. Very quiet neighborhood and excellent neighors that are hardly seen or heard. Farm is far enough away to enjoy the view without the pests or noise.

Mark's place was perfect. It's in a quiet, secluded neighborhood but less than 10min. from the beach, grocery store, restaurants etc. Also one of the most well stocked AirBNB I've stayed at. We had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend a stay at Mark's place!

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We were very pleased with this condo. Although there was some confusion regarding the car pass and the wrist bands, the resort staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was very clean and the view was fantastic. The Roku and Netflix TV provided our evening entertainment. We had no issues with the elevators. When they get the two at the center of the building operational, it'll be only a few steps to the condo. The "off season" that we took advantage of was less than all the others we looked at. We are seniors who came here for the beach and the view. We couldn't have had a better time.

Excellent trip!! Karen was amazing with all the info she provided. We never needed to ask anything because she somehow knew what we needed!! The communication was spot on! The view from her condo is 100% perfect. I don’t think I have the words to describe just how amazing the whole place was. Clean, well decorated, stocked with just what we needed. Will totally stay again!! 10/10 recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very short walk to a beautiful beach and the area we were at was not crowded due to private access. We loved our morning runs to Thomas donuts. If you stay here, you MUST go there and get a biscuit! The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table on the back porch and foosball table inside. Overall, would recommend staying here and would love to come back if we ever visit PCB again. :)

WOW! Not sure where to start! James and Rhonda have an amazing place in PCB - it is quite literally just like the pictures! My wife and I were celebrating our 35th Anniversary / Honeymoon as well as being first time visitors to PCB - I don't think we could have picked a better place or location! We appreciated the very clear instructions and expectations received from James prior to arrival. Check-in and everything went exactly as described. The condo was wonderful and warmly inviting as well as being extremely clean - it quickly became home away from home - only with a much better view! We were fortunate to hit a fabulous weather week and now understand why it's called the "emerald coast"! Absolutely loved the gulf, sand, pool views from the back deck. Great location - being a bit further East kept us out of the traffic and congestion while offering plenty of great sight seeing and food options that were easy to get to. Can't wait to come back - hopefully sooner than later! :-)

First of all, thank you, Meredith for sharing your beautiful home with us! Meredith was extremely responsive the couple of times I reached out to her. Her home has a very relaxed energy, which is fantastic after a long day of events or the beach. We loved the electric fire place! You can enjoy the different lights from it & not use the heat. We used it every evening...Super relaxing. She provided plenty of TP, pillows, towels, pots/pans, etc. There are also dishes & utinsils. **Important note: How to find utinsils - open the top kitchen drawers & look for the thin drawer to pull out. The home was Very clean. Everything is within close distance from the home (10-15 min max). Restaurants must compete for who can make the best food b/c it was ALL fabulous! I would recommend Meredith's home & we would love to stay there again.
