Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. My house is right in-between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, 30 minutes from both! You will enjoy my place because there are beautiful beaches within minutes of driving. There is also a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby like paddle boarding in the harbor or taking a ferry to the islands. Our home is close to Magic Mountain, Cal Arts, many parks, great views and restaurants. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has 3 large bedrooms; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a full on the bottom - twin on the top bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a queen hideabed in the living room. The paseos that run through the city are great for walking and biking. The hikes are wonderful also up Pico or Towsley Canyons.

This was a true vacation. Some places are pretty - this one was gorgeous and super comfortable. The space was so accommodating to us as a family - the rooms to sit, the outdoor table, the upstairs deck, the pool table. I will savor always these memories. The pool table converts to a large table and we had our meals there. The upstairs deck with the fire pit was heavenly - we could hear the ocean. The kitchen has what you need - we were able to have 10 for dinner (local family plus those at the B&B). The beds were super comfortable and so quiet at night - again, with the windows open you can hear the waves. I would LOVE to return to this property. Very responsive management and let us check in early which was so helpful! Thank you for truly a rejuvenating stay!

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this charming rental! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. Every comfort you could think of was thoughtfully provided—from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft, luxurious linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all slept so well! The whole process, from booking to check-in, was seamless, and the owners were a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they’ve put so much care into making this home a special place for guests. Although it’s conveniently close to the beach and some great restaurants, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the house—it was just that lovely and relaxing. All the extra touches truly made this feel like a home away from home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect and as described. The ping pong table and corn hole in the large lovely backyard provided great entertainment for us. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. Erik is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. We will definitely comeback when we are in the area again.

The location is absolutely awesome, right on the edge of the sand, with amazing walks on the beach. It is a very peaceful place. The cottage is rustic and lovely, and if the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was still super beautiful. The clouds and the fog rolling in was really amazing to see. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is comfortable. It is possible to walk to the harbor and several restaurants there including a truly fine sushi place. It is a short drive to Ventura and several other spaces along the coast that are beautiful. I would highly recommend. Tiffany was very responsive, and we appreciated the chance to stay in this cottage on the sea.

JC and Alicia’s listing was the perfect getaway for my family and I to relax and spend quality time together. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen + living room was a great communal area for our large party to eat meals and gather for fun. We also spent our evenings on the roof watching the sunset over the beach which was just across the street. JC and Alicia were great hosts and always made sure we were checked in, doing ok, and gave us some good recommendations. I highly recommend this spot!

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Ventura area. Very nice home it’s very comfy with the massage chair and definitely worth paying a little more to use fire pit, bbq grill and hot tub! We had an amazing getaway here so would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ventura area
