Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

We really enjoyed this space. It was wonderfully quiet, cozy, and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

This was our second time staying here and once again, we’re giving it 5 out of 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The host is one of the kindest and most accommodating we’ve ever encountered—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The space was spotless, and we could tell the carpets had just been cleaned. It smelled fresh and felt truly inviting. We had requested a microwave before our stay, and it was ready for us upon arrival—such great hospitality. The bed was super comfortable, the area was peaceful and quiet, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive to Malibu. Everything is nearby and convenient. It’s an amazing value for the price. Only a couple of minor cons: the couch is quite old and could use replacing, and being in a nature-heavy area, your car may get dirty from nearby trees—but neither of those would stop us from coming back. Great apartment for business travelers and the like. Excellent location near Camarillo's downtown district. Very peaceful community and immediate access to freeway. Plenty of good restaurant options all nearby (Adolfo Grill, Lure Fish House, Toppers). Rajvir was very easy to reach (and rescued me from leaving a load of laundry and my phone charger behind, thank you Rajvir!). I'll stay again on my next business trip.

We have stayed in this location more than once. A lovely unit - great location. Great host, easy check-in, check-out. Quiet, peaceful, a truly neighborhood feel, but a short trip to great dining, shopping and anything one might need. The unit is just lovely, and easy. Can't say enough good about the unit, the area, and the host. We look forward to staying "away from home" when we get to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay and could relax and unwind near the Ocean. The beach was extremely close and though cold and rainy, we could go on daily walks in the sand on a very quiet, almost private, beach. It felt secluded and peaceful. Nice to enjoy the hot tub when we got back!

Joel was an exceptional host. He communicated proactively and quickly, allowed for an early check-in and went over and above to make us feel comfortable in his home. From the generous pastries and bread, to heating the pool up extra high with the weather, to allowing us to trim some fruit off of the gorgeous citrus trees in his garden - he made his space our space for the short time we were there. The guest rooms feel very private and removed from the rest of the home. While there were shared spaces, Joel gave us a lot of freedom to make ourselves comfortable in his home. The garden is truly tranquil and nearby Ojai is one of the best towns I know. Thank you to Joel for making our stay a great one!!

What a great place to stay! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of room for our family of 5. Extremely clean. We enjoyed the TVs, foosball table and pool table. Loved the big kitchen table as we like to play cards. Nice pool but we didn't use it since it was cold out. Would definitely stay here again when back in town. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shopping. Great hosts too!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Some of the things that make this place top on my list, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Each floor has a bedroom and it's not easy to hear commotion from a different floor which was a plus for us since my daughter took her babies and the rest of us were not awakened by crying. The third floor has a bedroom and bathroom that is very spacious and beautiful. The place was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. I am a germophobe and felt comfortable enough to cook here, which I rarely do. Furniture seems brand new and well taken care of. There is a driveway with parking for two cars. Matthew responded in a timely manner to my questions. It was a very nice and comfortable stay!

We stayed at Joseph's place for a whole week, it was perfect for our visit. We used the pool and hot tub every day, Joseph heated the pool and hot tub for us with a very reasonable fee. The pool and hot tub were super clean and were lit at night, provided a serene ambiance at night. We especially loved the deep end of the pool and all the pool toys that came with the house. There are plenty of chairs and tables in the backyard for relaxing and family gathering. The most special part of the backyard is the privacy, this house stood at a corner with almost no neighbors around, makes it a great family vacation place. I also appreciate how pet friendly this house is. The interiors of the house are also great, with 3 different living rooms to chill out. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable and clean. Also loved the desks for working, Joseph even provided two external monitors for us to use. We would definite come back in the future.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Loved Catie's place for its outdoor serenity, beautiful interior and thoughtful decor. I love that it felt homey and lived in with a gorgeous bookcase replete with books, magazines, light-filled spaces, while also feeling like a state of the art airbnb with its cleanliness, peaceful and rustic outdoor spaces, and overall vibe. My cousins and I came to both see Ojai and hike in the Channel Islands so Catie's place was an ideal base. We were able to do some great hiking nearby in Ojai (even saw a mama bear and two cubs), have a Spa day, eat great food nearby, spot a celebrity, and take a day trip to Channel Islands. It was alway reassuring to know at the end of the day we would return to Catie's beautifully appointed serene home. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Todd did an amazing job making the property enjoyable for all. Our favorite was the putting green and the pool table. Kids loved sleeping in the backyard barn. Tanks again Todd for your hospitality.
