Beach house vacation rentals in Oxnard

Our family absolutely loved this house as a way to spend a week for Spring Break. The beach is basically private and the house as beautiful, not to mention absolutely loaded with Beach chairs and games/toys to use for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Kids room was fun for the kids to all be in their own space.

Thank you Jen and Aurora for such a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as pictured and a great space. It was so easy to come to and from the beach and the location was quiet and lovely. Looking forward to returning!

Super fun stay at the Boatel! Shops and restaurants right there, as well as the Island Packers boat landing, where we took a boat to the beautiful Channel Islands.

This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

Nice beach side apartment with complete amenities and nice interior decor. Kitchen is well stocked and so is the bathroom. Very short walk to the beach and several very good restaurants near by.

Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this house very much. The host was VERY responsive. We stayed for two weeks, and she responded every time we had a question. On our last day, we couldn't find the lighter for the fire pit, and she brought one over asap! We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for two days. Place is very much as shown in the photos. We also found it to be very clean unlike some recent reviews, so I think there has been some kind of improvement on that. HVAC worked fine, and each room has its own space heater just in case. Great place to chill and relax with the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful, clean, amazing home right near Silver Strand Beach! Shannon was so great to work with and was so helpful with check in, check out, learning the coffee maker and more! :) She was so kind, helpful and quick to respond! The house was equipped with more than we could ask for! It was clean, beautiful, fully stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, tea, popcorn and more. We loved being there with our teens and dog! We cannot wait to visit again and to tell our friends about it! :)

The cozy beach cottage was perfect for our 35th Annual Girls Trip. Janna was extremely responsive and super friendly. The close proximity to local favorite restaurants, harbors, beaches, botanical gardens and especially San Buenaventura Mission was great. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. This home has everything you might want for a trip to the beach! Great location - so close to the beach and a few blocks from restaurants. It had all the beach gear we needed. And the house itself was wonderful - well appointed and was spotless! When a small issue came up, the host was super responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed here before - charming house in a great neighborhood. Hope to stay here again on another trip.

House is cute and homey. Described and pictured as listed. Great location to the beach. Sarah called beforehand to let me know all the details. There was a very nice welcome basket full of snacks. The house had lots of things to do including games, cookware, bikes, and beach equipment. Overall, had a great stay!

A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

Maria’s place was clean, spacious and had plenty of activities and chances to connect. The attention to detail on all of the little hosting extras were the best I have seen in any AirBnB. Lots of small touches that really made it feel like you were a welcome guest. The interior and exterior decorating was incredibly well done and matched the property in a way that encourages you to relax and enjoy all of the different spaces. Very comfortable home and good place to get away.

Amazing hosts and a beautiful little home near the beach! We will be back without a doubt with our family.
