Great Studio apartment with great amenities and very clean like a hotel! About a 10 min walk uptown from the main Ventura strip and beach. Cars can be loud but closing the windows was enough to make it quite, if anything it added to the experience of being apart of the town! Lovely experience overall and the hosts were very helpful in any case. Will be back! Thank you!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

A great stay, helpful staff and beautiful location! It isn’t my first time staying in Oxnard Shores, and Channel Island Shores did not disappoint. It was a great location for the price with all the amenities you could want.

Jon was very helpful and responsive as a host. There was a slight mix-up in checking in but he cleared it up right away. The airbnb was clean and felt like home. Great amenities and Jon was as very accommodating.

The building itself is close to the beach and ocean, so it shows some weathering. However, as soon as you step inside, it's Magical. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to be completely at home. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use the clubhouse so I can not comment on that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come here again. Roza was so amazing and responsive. She is truly a Super host! Thank you Roza 😊 💓

David is professional, kind and friendly! The place is super clean well stocked with cooking necessities, rooms have great natural light, and the views are spectacular! There is a sweet library downstairs for kids, best Indian food restaurant across the street with other local restaurants that have excellent menus.. The vibe is cozy and welcoming!

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

Louise is great, friendly and responsive. The unit is a good value. . The unit is near the beach, just a short walk away. The complex' Clubhouse has a nice sized indoor pool and Jacuzzi, with ping-pong tables, foosball and pool tables also available. In case the weather is not good, you and your kids have a good alternative place to enjoy..

This condo is is exactly as described – and v v clean. It is very conveniently located to Channel Island wharf and its Maritime Museum + Sunday Green Market, and excellent location for visiting the Seebee Navy base. Walking distance to shopping strip with everything you need, and various beaches all of 5/10 min drive away. The house itself is basic with all necessary items and easy street parking. Note that the 2x bedrooms are up the stairs, and there is a small step to enter the ground floor. If you want a terrific location to get around Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura – this is the place! Also Michael is a great, communicative host – helping out with an extended stay and answering all my questions effectively and efficiently. Will definitely rebook again when visiting family in the area.

I frequently stay in Airbnbs and it’s super rare to come across a host that genuinely cares about providing a comfortable and relaxing experience for their guests. Johnny does exactly that while going above and beyond to ensure a peaceful living environment. He’s extremely friendly and a great person to share an apartment with. This is the perfect Airbnb for anyone who intends to be equally as considerate in maintaining the tranquility of the space. The apartment features high quality bedding, ample storage space, and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful creek with luscious trees. There are really nice hiking trails all around the area as well as a gym in the complex for those that want to stay active. I don’t drive and could find everything I need within walking distance of the apartment.

Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience. This place had everything your family needs to enjoy and have a good time. Hope whoever stays here has a good time like how me and my family did. Thank you, - Steph
