Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. Beautiful apartment in the center of Oviedo. It is in the heart of downtown 5 meters from Plaza de Américas, there are plenty of bars in the area for wine or dinner, and San Francisco Park is very close. It is a SUPER bright apartment, it is a seventh floor, the elevator arrives only until the 6th. It has Wifi, It has 2 bedrooms one with a 1.50 canopy bed and in the other room a 1.35 bed. We just renovated the bathroom pudge the previous one was very old and change the windows.
