It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

Ho trascorso un bellissimo weekend nell’appartamento di Eleonora con alcune amiche e siamo state benissimo! Il soggiorno è stato addirittura superiore a quello che ci aspettavamo dalla descrizione: l’appartamento era pulito, luminoso, con spazi ampi e fornito di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è perfetta per spostarsi a piedi e raggiungere le attrazioni del centro. Apprezzatissime anche l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Eleonora!

Paulo was the best host possible. Very responsive and so very helpful and thoughtful too. We had a Xmas tree in the living room, drinks and snacks stocked up in the kitchen and so many helpful local recommendations on restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Paulo even went out of his way to check Sunday Mass schedules for us ahead of our arrival. We had the best stay in Italy at Paulo’s.

Siamo appena stati nell’agriturismo di Giulia e abbiamo trovato tutto fantastico: gli spazi interni, la piscina e il giardino molto curati, la pulizia impeccabile della stanza e l’attenzione al dettaglio. Ma quello che rende, a nostro avviso, questo posto molto speciale e’ l’estrema ospitalità, simpatia e umanità’ di Giulia - cosa per nulla scontata - la quale ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro breve soggiorno perfetto, dall’offrirci un aperitivo al prenotare per noi anche un meraviglioso apericena in vigna in un’azienda agricola vicina. This apartment had all the facilities we needed and more. Just a simple 15 minutes walk from the station, which allowed us to easily visit other cities in the North of Italy. The location isn’t pretty, but it was quiet and we always felt safe, even when returning late at night. Vanessa was very helpful in suggesting restaurants etc. We’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und wunderschön - groß, hell und sehr individuell und kunstvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen Balkon. Sie befindet sich ca. 30 Minuten fussläufig vom historischen Stadtkern entfernt. Camilla ist unglaublich offen, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit bei Franceska. Nach ca. 15 Minuten ist man bequem zu Fuß am Rande der Altstadt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Kommunikation funktioniert innerhalb weniger Minuten. Frühstücken kann man gegenüber in einer kleinen Bäckerei. Gerne würde wir beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

Lovely apartment and fantastic hosts. Pietro was very responsive and flexible with checkin and provided great recommendations in the area. The amount of food and supplies provided in the apartment was beyond our expectations. The apartment was clean, quiet and an easy walk to the train station and city center. Washing machine was an added convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bologna and would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Zona comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Bologna. Fermata pullman a pochi metri dall'appartamento. Tabacchi, bar, market tutto nelle vivinanze. Antonio è stato da subito molto cordiale e molto disponibile dato l'orario di check in incerto. Ci ha fornito inoltre tante informazioni sulla città.
