Lux Casita with Pickleball & Resort Amenities

White walls and French doors open up each room to create a feeling of calm throughout the home. From the designer furnishing and tasteful decor items to the tennis court and pool outside, this Casita is as spacious as it is stylish. The property is resort like, without the crowds. Play tennis, shoot hoops, lay by the pool, or stroll through the garden. Hiking and mountain bike trails are out the back door. PLEASE NOTE: price indicated is for two guests staying in the one bedroom one bath with full kitchen. Optional second bedroom, bathroom can be added for an additonal $198 per night. Our place is very private, yet close by car to many attractions. 7 miles to the beach, 20 minutes to Legoland. Hiking out the back door, you will find endless trails and great mountain biking. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private yard. Pool is available, although it is not heated. Hot tub is also available, but a $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big, and takes a lot of gas to get hot!) We live on the property, but it is very private. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. Hiking trails are just outside with the beaches, local restaurants, and boutique shops just a short drive away. Permit Number: RNTL-007165-2017 A car is needed. The City of Encinitas charges an additional 10% TOT tax which I will add to the booking after confirmation. You will receive a request for payment before your arrive and it is separate from your reservation fee. Extra person charge of $25 per night The casita is close to Del Mar race track, Legoland, beaches, hiking, and equestrian centers.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are responsive and friendly, but never underfoot. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and felt completely safe. I hope to stay here again soon. The house is a mobile home so it is long, and raised off the ground by a few steps, but the interior feels spacious and comfortable. Everything is beautifully maintained and very clean. Nothing is super fancy, but the decor is thoughtful and tasteful. Very inviting outdoor space. Super fast wifi. Just my kind of place.

Not only was Craig a fantastic host but this place was perfect for our big family! Craig was very responsive, gave us recommendations and was on top of things. We traveled in for a wedding with all immediate and extended family so we needed a place with a lot of space. It was so much fun being able to be so close to all our family and have a shared space to make some fantastic memories! The air bnb is in a perfect location for tons of stuff to do! And it felt like home the moment we walked in. It’s very cozy, clean and exactly what we were looking for! I highly recommend this air bnb and Craig! We will definitely be using it again if we come back to visit!!

We enjoyed several nights here as a family of 6. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. I always look for rentals that include a washer and dryer. Three bathrooms was like icing on the cake as there was never any waiting. We had planned to use the BBQ grill, but ended up not needing it. Most importantly, the home was very clean, which I always appreciate and is definetely a requirement for me. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. There was a garage to park a single vehincle in. However, our SUV was too tall to fit in the door. Parking on the street was pretty slim pickings, and we did get an $85 ticket one night because there was street sweeping from 7-10 am. Oops! So just be aware of where you're parking if you have a larger vehicle that doesn't meet the vertical clearance.
