My 2 colleagues and myself stayed here for a total of 8 nights as we were in town for a conference. It was brilliant and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Oceanside and this property .

What a wonderful Airbnb experience! The bungalow was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially loved taking advantage of the outdoor amenities, including the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. The outdoor space was perfectly tranquil. Our daughter and dog loved playing in the yard. The proximity to downtown Carlsbad was a huge plus. We were very happy with our stay!

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of — you can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests. The guest home itself is absolutely majestic. Nestled right by the ocean (2mi), it’s a peaceful, serene retreat with beautiful greenery and a calming atmosphere that melts all your stress away. Every corner of the space is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious, and welcoming escape by the sea, look no further. Leanne and Jim’s place is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed at The Den for our anniversary week and it was amazing! Just the perfect size and extremely peaceful for some well needed rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Deb had all amenities necessary for an easy and comfortable stay and we enjoyed it so much we ended up extending our stay by a night which Elizabeth happily accommodated. Would recommend!!

communication was great! few blocks from donut shop and an ice cream shop and just a few more blocks down are breweries and other good fun restaurants. the place is very clean, this particular room did not have a view of the outside much however, you're not there for the view. it is a small space think of a dorm room. keep in mind that it is a gated complex however, you have to get out of your car to open the gate and there can be a lot of folks walking down the pathway and lots of e-bikers whizzing by make sure to keep your car door shut when you get out. there's also not an elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or it's heavy you will have to go up a flight of stairs. this is an end unit which is nice because you're right by one of the exits. overall it's a great place to stay if you're just a party of one or two.

We had a fantastic time! The property was beautiful. Everything was exactly as described and just like the photos. The gorgeous view was an added surprise. The house is private and very close to everything! Daniel was always quick to respond and very friendly!

Alicia and Michael's place is a dream. We reserved the space for a weekend celebrating our best friend's wedding. Although for us so many things happened that we had to change our arrival and departure times, Alicia and Michael were the breathe of relief we needed, They were flexible, kind, friendly and everything you would need an amazing host to be. The moments we had to rest and relax, the home did just that for us. The bed was so comfortable you melt in it, the couches were so amazing I fell a sleep every time I got on them, Much needed rest. Their property is just breathtaking and peaceful. From the fruit tree's to the animals and the views. I would HIGHLY recommend Alicia and Michaels beautiful and peaceful home to stay for anyone. Thank you both again for being such amazing hosts and beautiful humans.

Love this little cabin in the mountains. It was a perfect base for our weekend getaway for some fresh mountain air, hiking, and exploring. The large deck is the best feature of the cabin. We had morning coffees and ate all our meals there. Lana was super helpful with suggestions, and even provided cooking oil when we forgot to bring some.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to visit my son, who is currently serving in the Marines. We were both able to rest deeply in a big, soft, comfortable bed something we hadn’t shared in a long time. The house had everything we needed; if I needed something from the kitchen, it was there. Nothing was missing. I was able to cook for him, we shared a beach day, and for a few days, it felt like we were home again. It was a safe, cozy, and truly special place. I’m deeply grateful for this week and for the joy of spending it with my son. 5 stars without a doubt! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe stay full of heart.

We LOVED this place! Baby items along with all of the beach supplies made our visit so much easier! Spent our mornings eating breakfast on the patio with the ocean view (my toddler demanded it every morning) and the days walking to the beach and surrounding areas. Great location, great space, nice grounds/property. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our 3-night (couple’s) stay at this quaint and cute apartment! Joel and Heather were both very quick to respond and offered good recommendations. It’s within walkable distance to the Carlsbad Village and Beach, which were our top priorities. Loved it and strongly recommend!

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

The VIEWS!!! Absolutely breathtaking. We could’ve spent the entire trip just soaking in that ocean view—it was seriously next-level. From sunrise to sunset, it was pure magic. We absolutely loved Kate’s place and Kate herself! She was the best host we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a fun, quirky charm that made it feel like a hidden gem. The bed was insanely comfortable, the robes were perfectly cozy, and the coffee? Delicious. The art supplies and hot tub facing the ocean were truly to die for—I didn’t even want to leave to explore San Diego because I was so content right there. We slept with the back door open to hear the waves crash all night long and let the ocean breeze in. The neighborhood felt super safe and had such a great vibe. We already know we’ll be back to see Kate every year. No doubt about it.

First time staying in Oceanside and this place was amazing right on the boardwalk or what they call the strand. Very walkable to bars and restaurants. You are literally right across from the beach you can't get much better than this highly recommend!

We were delighted to return for our third stay in the cottage. Characterful and charming, it’s such a welcome contrast to a typical impersonal corporate apartment. The location is superb and the added convenience of a parking pass for street parking is a huge bonus. The host is super friendly and welcoming.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

Great location, and the condo is very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the amenities and the amazing view from the living room and bedroom.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! It was such a cute little beach house. Small home but the layout and lack of clutter made it feel bigger and functional. It was the perfect location for easily walking to the beach or dining near the pier. We would definitely stay again!

Dalma’s place was wonderful for our family. It was private and had a fenced in shared backyard space, which was great for our little kids. She had wonderful extras such as the beach items, coffee options for the morning, kids toys and books, and plenty of blankets if needed when it cooled off at night. Beach and restaurants were close within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

Imran was very communitive and always responded very promptly. His home was beautifully remodeled and there was plenty of room for my family if 4. It was just steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the harbor and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful vacation spot!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

I've stayed in several of these beach cottages over the years, and this one is amazing! Small space that has been expertly designed. Definitely will be back!
