Vacation rentals with beach access in Oceanside

We had a great stay! Dave and Sharon are wonderful hosts who helped us with lots of tips. Communication was very quick and easy. We can recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! It was such a cute little beach house. Small home but the layout and lack of clutter made it feel bigger and functional. It was the perfect location for easily walking to the beach or dining near the pier. We would definitely stay again!

Our son was the primary guest at this property while he interned at a local law office. We were able to leave him and return to Texas feeling very comfortable with his accommodations. Location was perfect, centrally located, close to village dining and shopping as well as walk to the beach. He enjoyed his time and looks forward to another visit. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Solana Beach! Highlights include the unbeatable location—just steps from Fletcher Cove Park (with beach access, picnic areas and sunsets), a few blocks from the train station and Cedros Design District (home to boutiques, cafes and the famous Belly Up music venue), and near great restaurants like Claire’s, Pizza Port, Pillbox, Lofty Coffee, Chief’s Burgers, Gelato 101 and Rustic Root. While there’s no nearby grocery store, CVS is walkable and Instacart worked well. Don’t miss the Sunday farmers market! The studio, though cozy, was well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and access to laundry and patios (the upper one has ocean views!). Our hosts were incredibly communicative and caring. Highly recommend these cute lofts for anyone wanting a true local experience in Solana Beach!!!

Lovely host. Perfect for walking around and you can literally see the ocean out of your window in unit 8. At night we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Very easy.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is lovely. Furnishings are quality, and unit is stocked with everything I could possibly need. The ocean view from the deck is magical. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the pier, beach trail, and several restaurants. Shannon was responsive and available if needed. I would literally live here if I could!!!

What a wonderful Airbnb experience! The bungalow was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially loved taking advantage of the outdoor amenities, including the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. The outdoor space was perfectly tranquil. Our daughter and dog loved playing in the yard. The proximity to downtown Carlsbad was a huge plus. We were very happy with our stay!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend at Logan’s house! It was the ideal getaway for our annual Mother’s Day trip. The home was just as described and only steps from the beach. We adored the decor, especially the pink accents, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a great stay! location is perfect for walking to coffee, restaurants or the beach. Home was clean and spacious in a quiet and private neighborhood. Plenty of outdoor space and parking. Lauren was a fantastic host who went out of her way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Totally worth the stay!

Jonathan’s place was amazing. Instructions were very clear during check-in/check-out, Jonathan was very responsive during the process. If you’re looking for a place in Oceanside that feels like home, this is the spot! Very beautiful place, would 100% stay here again without second thought!

We stayed at Teri's house in Oceanside with friends of ours, it was 4 adults and 6 kids in total. The house is so spacious that we all had our own private spaces as well as areas for adults and kids to hang separately. The kitchen was well stocked and upgraded. the master bathroom was to die for right alongside the amazing views from the patios. My absolute favorite part though was the bed. the firmness was perfect, the pillows were amazing, and the linens were the best I have ever slept on. I would absolutely stay at this house again.

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious, great gathering spaces and private spots. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom, perfect for family groups. Nice quiet neighborhood on a quiet street. Short walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach, the pier, numerous coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The 2 car garage and street parking in front made parking our 2 vehicles easy and worry free. Zeina and Mo were super hosts, quick to answer any questions and ensure we had a great vacation.

This was the perfect place for our family or five, and Dalma was the perfect host. Everything was great, as many other prior reviews have already articulated in great detail. You can stop looking for a better spot to stay; book this place now!

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

We LOVED this place! Baby items along with all of the beach supplies made our visit so much easier! Spent our mornings eating breakfast on the patio with the ocean view (my toddler demanded it every morning) and the days walking to the beach and surrounding areas. Great location, great space, nice grounds/property. We would definitely stay here again!

Imran was very communitive and always responded very promptly. His home was beautifully remodeled and there was plenty of room for my family if 4. It was just steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the harbor and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful vacation spot!

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. Brenda's place was cozy and felt like home. Location was perfect and great views. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another stay.

We had a fantastic stay in unit 4! You absolutely cannot beat the location and having parking included is incredibly convenient. The unit itself looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen as we visited the farmers market on State Street (open on Wednesday afternoons) and purchased snacks and items to make breakfast each morning. We're already planning our next trip back and will book this location!!
