Excelente lugar, está hermoso tal como en las imágenes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, lo único que lamentamos es no a ver contratado un tour con ellos. Al irnos nos recomendaron muchos lugares para visitar que esperemos lo podamos realizar la próxima vez que visitemos Oaxaca

This property is STUNNING! I am a designer and extremely picky and everything about the experience was top tier. The location, comfy beds, all the amenities, and impeccable design made this truly one of the best stays I’ve had in Oaxaca, I’ll never stay anywhere else now. 100% recommend this beautiful Airbnb

Nahum is one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with! My guests and I are allergic to fragrances and unfortunately the use of scented cleaning products is very difficult to overcome. Even though we were unable to stay as long as planned for this reason, Nahum and his team did everything possible to make our stay a great one. They are kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The casa is beautiful and very central to everything. I would recommend Nahum as a host to anyone anytime!

Host was great. Good communication, and a pleasure to work with. Perfect rustic environment, way more space than a hotel, and more authentic. Loved the hammock and little touches of personality. 5 minute walk to main shops, dining, bars, and main sites.

The wooden box is a wonderful escape, with great hosts who are very attentive. The hosts will help you call a taxi, which is necessary for a large grocery store, and leaving the village. There is a lovely spa called Chocolate de Agua near the house. The natural landscape does host a lot of critters. Be mindful of your surroundings.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La casa es muy bonita, cómoda y bien cuidada, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La alberca siempre estuvo a una temperatura perfecta, ideal para relajarse en cualquier momento del día. Gigi fue una anfitriona increíble, siempre atenta y al pendiente de cualquier detalle, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor—sin duda, una de las mejores (si no la mejor) que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La ubicación es muy conveniente: aunque no está en pleno centro, en coche hacíamos máximo 15 minutos para llegar. Definitivamente volveríamos. ¡Súper recomendado!

This was my first time in Mexico. This air bnb is conveniently located in the heart of Centro, which is a "hub" of Oaxaca, walking distance to most things. The local tour agency is literally across the street from this bnb and has amazing half-day & full-day tour options to all the local attractions. The tours pick you up & drop you off at this bnb. The air bnb loft is modern & updated; perfect size for 1-2 people. Alvaro is an excellent host. He responds promptly to any and all inquiries and is very kind and helpful. This air bnb was a perfect spot to stay to explore Oaxaca.

I’ll start by saying that Maria is a fantastic host in every way. This Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. Maria’s place is located within short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, the downtown city area, historic sites and markets. One thing that stood out was how peaceful and sound proof the residence was because how it is built and set back. The benefits of being close to everything while also not having any of the noise concerns of doing so. It’s a very safe and comfortable accommodation. We also noticed how well insulated it was from the heat during hot days. It really is a gem and good find. I would definitely stay at this location again during another trip to Oaxoca.

Great location, spacious and spotless clean, sweet hosts. Perfect if you want to put your money in local hands. You can watch that gorgeous view from the bed also.

We stayed here last year and found the location ideal. Nayma is a wonderful host and available to help in any way she can. Just beware on weekends it can be very noisy, as a venue is behind the building, which caters to weddings. The music is loud and dancing goes on until late. But it’s Mexico. The location really makes the place and it’s very beautifully decorated. We’ve enjoyed our stay and Nayma makes the place as she’s delightful.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a historic building with all the comforts. Great bed, strong air conditioning, and excellent shower. Perfect central location, walkable to markets and restaurants, yet quiet. Mario was an amazing host, responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Would definitely return.

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Zanduga was amazing. Abdiel was very responsive and was quick to help with whatever we needed. the communal areas were great for sitting around and playing cards and the pool was a nice extra to end the day after walking all around the city. The leave apartment is cozy and great for couples or family families . would recommend to anyone

El condominio impecable, sin ningún inconveniente en cuanto a los servicios, los accesorios adecuados, y una vista espectacular. La piscina privada, un espacio muy agradable. Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y funcionales. En general un lugar muy agradable para pasar unos días de relax. Solo consideren subir algunos pisos caminando para poder llegar al condominio. Definitivamente regresaríamos.

Really clean apartment, great location and incredibly helpful host! Gave us plenty of recommendations and even helped us book a taxi to the airport on the morning of our departure. Equipped with everything we needed, even purified water which was good for us as tourists to the country. Couldn’t recommend enough!

El departamento muy limpio y ordenado , Silvia siempre atenta , pedimos llegar un poco antes de la hora y Silvia siempre atenta le agradecemos mucho mi niño disfruto su siesta de medio día , a mi esposa le encantó el espacio , muy buen espacio del estacionamiento . Sin duda les recomiendo y nos volveremos a quedar en el departamento en nuestra próxima visita.
