Yadira is an excellent host, she was always attentive to what we needed and the house is very comfortable

It's amazing to disconnect, the days go by super slow but in a good way. I highly recommend going for a morning jog in Mermejita, doing yoga on the terrace and having a coffee. In the afternoons, honestly, you don't need to go to Punta Cometa. If you go down to the beach around 5:30, you'll see spectacular sunsets lying on a towel on a log. The only detail I found is that the humidity and heat in Mazunte can be very strong, so an air conditioner would be great, especially for the days when the wind doesn't blow much.

This place was a fantastic way to end our trip in Oaxaca. Peaceful, right by the ocean. You can swim and snorkel (they provide you with gear). It felt like we were in a tree house sleeping at night, bed was comfy and the hammock is amazing on the patio “which is huge”. A little private sanctuary!

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

Staying at Eliazar and Gloria’s house is so very special to me. This is my second time around with them and that’s why I booked it. If you want a true Mexican stay, this is the place. They are both so kind and friendly, I consider them my family. As far as the location, it can’t be beat. You can walk everywhere, Carazalillo beach is right around the corner, I like to frequent Manzillilo beach because you can swim there and is a short walk of ten minutes. There is a tienda one block away where you can buy groceries and you can also walk to the Chedraui from the apartment and walk to el centro where there is a lot of stores and restaurants. The apartment is located right in the center of Rinconada where you can walk the strip of restaurants, stores to buy clothing, get your hair done, pharmacies and fresh produce markets. The porch is great, outdoor living with hammock to relax and read. I highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience our stay at Casa Sapo was. This is a very special place. The architecture/construction is amazing, the natural setting so beautiful. Staying here is truly an immersive experience. Being the dry season, there were not nearly as many insects as I thought there would be, and the house was cool and comfortable at night and in the mornings. We came prepared with repellent for mosquitos (there were quite a few) but outside of a scorpion in the corner of one of the bedroom ceilings, there was less to worry about than I had anticipated. We had strong swell, so I will mention that the sound is very, very loud, as the concrete structure serves as an amphitheater for the sound of the waves. This kept us awake for the first night, however by the second and third night we had grown accustomed to it and it was fine. Mario was responsive and communicative the entire time, willing to check us in a couple of hours early. Maria is a delight. Lovely stay.

We had an amazing stay here. The property is so beautiful and well designed. Eduardo gave us some great local suggestions and Lupe was a delight.

The house is cute and with the basics for a comfortable stay: equipped kitchen, towels, blankets, hot water and good cleaning. The host was attentive; quickly resolved a water issue. Aspects to improve: - Steakhouse: Check broken burners (could give flamazos). - Maintenance: Grists and watering above has low pressure, those details were fixed. - Cleaning: Some utensils with waste; wash before use. The good thing: - WiFi, Air conditioning, washing machine and iron work well. - Terrace beret with partial ocean view and amazing sunrises - Spacious Space Location:Close to several beaches . Nearby town for shopping. Conclusion: Recommended for convenience and attention, but verify details before use.

From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the views of mountains, beaches, and beautiful nearby buildings. The Sunsets over the mountains were breathtaking! The private mini pool on the balcony was a real treat after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The host was always only a phone call away and the staff at the resort are all so helpful.

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

Stunning location with breathtaking view, high-speed internet (not easy to find around there), delicious vegan cuisine, Infiniti pool with mesmerizing vista, modern room infused with the captivating essence of the Oaxaca’s culture. Not to mention its central between downtown Huatulco and downtown Pochutla so shopping is easy and surrounded by so many beautiful beaches.

Such a lovely place! We found the room to be very comfortable and clean, the view from the balcony was incredible. We loved being able to take a dip in the pool because the beach nearby is not swimmable. Eva was so friendly and helpful, she responded quickly to messages and offered to help us arrange tours and taxis. The location is sort of right in the middle of Zicatela, you can walk to bars and restaurants in either direction quite easily. It was very nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast and coffee and we didn’t find the noise from the nearby bars to be disruptive, it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. We will miss the spectacular sunsets right outside our bedroom window!

It's a really cozy space!!! We had a great time at Martha's place!!! The space was very clean, the bed was super comfortable! The place is unbeatable. You can go in minutes walking to the most beautiful beaches of Puerto Escondido and everything is very close!!!

Brenda's house is beautiful and Playa Boquilla is so special. I particularly enjoyed a morning sunrise yoga practice on the rooftop deck (stunning view). One of the best parts about staying was actually Brenda herself. She goes well above and beyond, is so kind and is an incredible hostess. She offers help and support with just about everything. She is a wealth of knowledge and resources, has tips about things to do, how to get there, will organize this or get help from her awesome staff to do so. After traveling for 3 weeks I also appreciated that a laundry service was available via her employee. I will definitely be back as I love this home and Brenda!

Amazing stay! I can’t wait to come back—this place is a little paradise. It’s right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars, yet still very quiet and peaceful. The AC is a huge plus, and the internet worked perfectly, which was essential for me since I work remotely and start very early, when nothing else is open. I definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in the Garden Suite. The location is perfect. It’s situated between Playa Principal and Playa Manzanillo, which is my favorite beach. There are stairs down to either beach, but it’s worth the effort. The on-site restaurant with their swimming pool is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The bed in Garden Suite is big and firm. The kitchen was a great place to cook and is screened-in so you can open doors and get a really lovely breeze throughout. Sibylle was a wonderful and attentive host with fantastic suggestions on what to do in the area. We would definitely stay again.

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

Beautiful place with stunning views and creative decor. Very well furnished with all you need. The kitchen was especially well equipped with nice cookware and dishes. It was quite hot in the living area but that's how the coast is. Unfortunately the sea was too rough to really swim below the house during our stay and we also got sick, but the house was a soothing place to recover; Liz was helpful with recommendations and her helper, Mari made "ponche" for us. Would stay again if we ever return to San Agustinillo!

What am amazing house! We stayed at casitas mar and although there were other places close to us we felt very secluded. Leti is a great chef and highly recommend having her come cook for you! Also if you want to bring food beforehand, make sure you grab it from puerto escondido because it’s a long drive and the road is a dirt road not wide enough for two cars.

The house looked better in person than in the photos. It was just right for 4 people, clean and comfortable. It’s right on the beach and we watched sunrises and sunsets from the covered deck. There were lots of plantings. The kitchen was fine for the meals we cooked. We were able to do laundry. We walked down the beach or on the road to find restaurants lined up on the beach. There is also a small grocery store in the town. Probably the best surprise was all the help we received from Lily, a wonderful person who could solve any problems we encountered and keep the house tidy. Off the beaten path. Very quiet and beautiful.
