Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Culture, food, shops within walking distance. Nothing like staying in a centric place and be able to stay out late in a very safe zone! 60Mbps internet A dog and a cat live in the property. Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. The apartment has on the ground floor the living room with an armchair, dining table for two, kitchen and full bathroom with shower; spiral staircase to go up to the floor, where the bedroom with bed, closet, air conditioning and blackout curtains is located, from there you can access the semi-private terrace with two outdoor chairs and an umbrella.

Located on one of Oaxaca's main streets, "La casa de don Mario" is close to everything Oaxaca is a walkable city, and having a lodging space downtown is a great plus. Staying in an old house that is part of the city's history is a privilege. Decorated with furniture made from parts of the old oil factory and rebuilt while bearing in mind the idea of a vintage atmosphere, the house has many features to enjoy Oaxaca and its heart full of flavor and color.
