This place has it all, 🤩 simply WOW! It's a short walk to the beach, close to everything and in the best area of Zicatela! Marco is super pet friendly, he welcomed us with our 3 dogs and was always very friendly with both them and us. Lupita, the person in charge of maintenance and cleaning, was always super attentive and friendly! The truth is that 1000/10! I would go back many more times!

Anna was a great host. The condo has everything you need for extended stays. There are two beautiful bathrooms with very nice showers, and two separate bedrooms. Also a laundry room, and a well made kitchen. The master bedroom, living room and kitchen all have beautiful ocean and sunrise views facing the bay. The pool and garden are both beautiful and are very nice to relax by. There is a store 3 minutes walking distance away, and playa manzanillo is 10 minutes walking distance away. You won't be disappointed with this place.

Wonderful was our stay in Jorge's condo, very comfortable, everything the listing says is as is, the sea view is incredible with private pool inside the condo and apart at the hotel there are restaurants, pool, cafeteria, bar, gym..you have everything to enjoy your stay, we were 5 adults without a problem because the condo is wide, Jorge's attention was always attentive and answering all doubts. I definitely recommend it. Thank you Jorge

Excellent place, very spacious and close to downtown.

The stay met our expectations and the service of Carlos and his wife, excellent. We went on a break plan and would say we made it at 200% If you like country houses, it's an excellent option. They were also my pets and it is very helpful that it has a spacious garden. Something I could improve is the water supply issue. I clearly never missed, either Carlos or an assistant were daily to turn on the bomb. But it is equally understood that it is a matter of the area, not the owner. Thank you Carlos and congratulations on your beautiful home, we will definitely be back!

The accommodation is very spacious, its kitchen has the essentials, the rooms comfortable and quiet with their climate to withstand the heat. Dan was friendly and we always received his support. would stay here again.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Villa Blue Bay. From the moment we showed up at the gates we were greeted by the host, Alma, and immediately felt right at home on their lovely property. Our room was clean and roomy and led out to a lovely patio, just above an inviting pool that we enjoyed every day of our stay. The amazing property is about a 15 min walk into the beginning of Zipolite. It’s a nice town to explore and further up the road is the even livelier town of Mazunte. Both offer great beaches, beach side bar and grills, shopping and more. The vibe at Blue Bay is super chill and restful. The grounds and property are lovely and well looked after. New homes were in the process of being built while we were there but it really wasn’t disruptive and didn’t diminish our love for the place. There are some really amazing views from the property. My wife and I hope to return soon. We did not regret our choice to stay here and neither will you!

Incredible stay in La Punta! The location is very close to the beach and shops along the main strip. Having the AC included was phenomenal given we stayed near the warmest months of the year. We’ll absolutely be staying with them once we return!

We really enjoyed the stay at the house, it is comfortable, very well located and close to points of interest and restaurants. Emiliano and his team were always attentive to what was required. We will definitely be booking again for future visits.

Amazing place! Would come back anytime

We had an amazing stay at Tim's place. Both Tim and his lovely wife Lupita were extremely nice, sweet and beautiful people. We felt at home the instant we walked into their home. Cold beers and water bottles were waiting for us in the fridge at our arrival. I recommend this place 100% will definitely be back next year. Manuel’s place was the perfect end to our Oaxacan road trip. The inside space was clean and comfortable, the pool and outside space was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time here and will be coming back! Manuel took time to greet us and I felt that really made us feel at home quickly. Thank you Manuel for everything, we will be back!!

It has been one of the best airbnbs i have stayed at. The view from our balcony was amazing. It was walking distance to a beach and the place was amazing. Mario was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. Over all the place was better than described and definitely worth the price and stay.
